The experience was perfect!, I was traveling alone in morocco and I decided to take a bus from Fes to Merzouga just to see how life is in the desert!... fortunately I found "la source" as one of the options, I contacted Hassan and Lupe to ask some questions and the service was incredibly good since the begining. They helped...

It was the best hostel we've ever stayed. Thanks to Hassan and his family's hospitality, we've spent amazing time there. We were planning to stay there for two nights but after feeling like home, we just cancelled other plans and stayed there more. Hassan, Zeid and others were really friendly. They do their jobs just to make you feel happy...

This auberge perched on the edge of Erg Chebbi, run by 4 brothers and the extended family is a great little haven in otherwise overly touristy Merzouga / Hassi Labied. Following a hearty welcome and some pondering whether I should stay or go, I spent 2 unforgettable days here. Make sure you book your desert camel tour with La Source:...

The family-run auberge was more than we had expected! Our bus from Fes had arrived an hour early, but Hassan and his brother were already at the bus station waiting for us. The desert trek and our stay at the hostel both exceeded our expectations. The family who runs the hostel is friendly and helpful. Incredible value. Even more incredible...
