This is review for the overnight camping excursion in the desert offered by Chez Youssef. 3.5 stars.
Summary: Recommended for couple or small group seeking solitude, never for solo travelers or anyone wanting a bit more comfort; small 2 tent camp for 5 ppl max...More
A great place to stay In Merzouga. Excellent food and hospitality. Location is excellent as you can walk to the sand dunes. Also good to book your Desert Safari with Youssef(the owner) as its more private .
Youssef and staff members are kind. We had a rent car problem so we arrived almost midnight. They had waited for us more than 6 hours but they warmly welcomed us. They provided excellent foods. Tajin and fruits are great but egg omelet in...More
Youssef is an incredible host, very friendly and accommodating. If you are going to Merzouga, STAY AT CHEZ YOUSSEF! If you an get a room count yourself as fortunate. He runs a small operation because he wants to provide the best experience. The rooms are...More

hello! I'm sorry I just saw this question now. we did just have it for two people as we were the only two who had booked it, it all depends on the day. But it is a small private camp so it would never be overly crowded. I don't believe transport is included as it is not a big company, just Youssef and his family running it, but he will pick you up at the bus station in merzouga if you request it. I don't remember exactly what we were charged but it was extremely reasonable and cheap in comparison to other desert camps! enjoy!
