I stayed here for 8 nights and it was a wonderfully peaceful stay. I was in a beach hut with a fan (shared bathroom) and then a beach bungalow with a fan (private bathroom). The bungalows were clean and comfortable! Mosquito nets and towels were provided. Both had hammocks so between the private beach which was clean, and the hammock...

My husband and I had a busy holiday in Malaysia and we had booked Keranji Beach (also known as Mira Beach) as our final destination to get a bit of peace and quiet. It was beyond all of our expectations! Our hut (the beachfront suite) was spacious, clean and neat with a wonderful porch. We spent many hours lazing in...

We stayed there for 4 nights. The beach is trully beautiful - much much better than the Long Beach (Long Beach is just a long parking for boats... Nowhere to relax or swim). Keranji beach has some nice coral and the snorkeling is good. We booked hut with shared bathroom as we don't mind basic. We were given an old...

I normally dont review the places I stay but this I have to do it because not only was I cursed by the owner but I was also scolded by the wife who has no basis sense of customer service and poor management. I have been staying and working in Perhentian for the past 5 years and was told many...

I am Sue, Adenan's wife and we own Keranji Beach. We are called to give the feedback on this review because it is so untrue that we are Prejudice, Racist and Disrespectful. We do highly respect people - no matter who. The situation whereby there was no payment made for the reservation (as stated it is required, in our first...

I have been to Perhentian a couple of times and this is the best place to stay. The beach is beautiful and the charlets are directly at the beach, its like in paradise for me. The beach is clean not like Long or Coral Beach. The restaurant is also good.

So my significant other suggested this review should go "awesome awesome awesome amazing awesome....throw in some other words inbewteen" and I can't really disagree with her. The setting is beyond idyllic, a scattering of rustic beach huts on an unspoiled, white sandy beach. Fringed with lush vegetation and nicely separated from the rest of the island, you feel like this...

We stayed for a week in April 2016. This is a really great place to stay and unwind. The hosts (Adenan and co) are fantastic, responsive and always looking out for their guests. Accommodation is comfortable and rustic: simple wooden bungalows, mosquito nets, hammocks... The great attraction is the setting, away from the crowds, noise, cars, etc, on a gorgeous...

Keranji/Mira is idyllic. It is simple, good value for money, relaxing and fun. The food is excellent. It was a joy to wake up each morning and chill out on the beach and in the perfect water out front. It is secluded and calm. Our family of four stayed there and would love to return. Stay at least 4-5 nights...
