Well managed resort that could benefit from upgrading the sun lounges. Overall good experience but we stayed a bit too long. 4 days is probably enough Positives: Everything around the booking and logistics worked out very well, something that is not always the case in Malaysia. Nice resort that is well managed Great snorkling at reef right by the beach Friendly...

Stayed her for 4 nights while completing an Advanced Scuba Diving certificate at the adjacent Universal Divers. Chalet was comfortable and clean, and free of mosquitos at night. View from the beach and restaurant is awesome. Food at the restaurant was acceptable, albeit a little higher than other nearby restaurants. The service during lunch and dinner was impeccable, friendly, and...

A wonderful place to get away from it all. Intermittent internet service only available in the restaurant / bar. Mobile phones usable most of the time. 45 minute small boat trip to avoid damaging coral. Diving & snorkelling, hiking for the active, boat trips, lounging on wooden sun loungers under palm trees for the less active, discussing relative merits of...

We stayed at Tuna Bay for 6 nights in April. This is a lovely resort on a beautiful stretch of white sand, clear water and good snorkelling right off the beach. We opted for the best seaview chalet and were generally impressed with the accommodation - it was spotlessly clean, good aircon, decent shower room, fridge, lovely raised decking at...

we went there end of march 2017. Tuna Bay it's probably the best place for a relaxing stay. It's clean, tid, cozy and the staff is great, helpful and accomodating. Make sure your expectation is not to look for a 5 stars resort, there's nothing like that in Perhentian, luckily. Food is great and beer is cheap and don't give...

We went for 4D3N stay there. Starting from KL at around 5am with a few stops at Karak and LPT highway. Managed to catch 1:30 taxi or they called it speedboat. Everyone was so excited and my 4 years old said she was going to Moana Island. We were kind of speechless when we arrived with the clear crystal water....

Had a great time at Tuna Bay Resort. Placed on the most beautiful beach it's hard not to be satisfied. The sunsets are incredible. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can surely recommend this place!
