This is the worst place ever! The service is between nil to non existent. The food looks old. The rooms are crawling with bugs. They ration the water and the electricity to specific times of day.. only it doesn't really apply because we lacked water and power for two days. The hotel has lots of rooms..but they are furnished to...

The management is very nice & good. We check-in at the chalet No.31-No.33. The toilet is dirty because the resort dont have a water supply at that time so the housekeeping cant wash the toilet. Aircond at the chalet are very hot & need to service a.s.a.p. In the chalet there is no TV just bed. Overall the resort is...

With this place you have to look at the bigger picture!!! We had two chalets both had a large double and a single bed so plenty of room for our family of 5. However, this "resort", and I use the world loosely is very run down. The rooms are a good size but lots of marks on the walls, I...

I would probably have gave it a terrible rating on everything but looking at the quality of accommodation on the island,it's maybe just poor. negatives: rooms got mould all on the walls. The sink in the bathroom nearly fell off ,it was filthy.service got better the the more you got to know the staff. Positives: the chalets had a good...

The Kapas Island resort is also known as Kapas Resort and Spa. It is under a new management now - Taken over almost 6 months ago. They have 40-60 chalets and is the biggest resort on the island. The staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. We were traveling with one child and they made an effort to cook for the...

We stayed three nights and it was more than we should have. Only the beautiful island made it worth for us. The rooms are not only old, but dirty and not maintaint at all. The food is not recommendable, so skip the breakfast.. never again this resort. The pool was under maintenance as everything else and the spa non existent....

To be honest, it's a bit of a shambles. There's no Wifi as promised and the pool's out of use. We had to ask 3 times for towels and toilet paper. There was a leak in our chalet which flooded the bath room, unnoticed during the room prep... There are power cuts, though that might be island wide. The whole...

Oh My God Allah.. Where do I start... 1) Horrible horrible expensive food. Food on any island would be expensive generally.. but serving horrible food is not an excuse any where. Fried rice not cooked properly, how can you not cooked a simple fried rice??!! We did walk over to another stall near the hotel, cheaper & better food. 2)...

Rooms are old and not maintained at all. We found toothpaste and hair in the sink. Toilet bowl is dirty. We payed 160 Rm per night, and I must say that even 16 RM would have been way too much for a place like this. In the so called garden, especially in the part close to the kitchen, there is...
