Nice clean little place in a new heartland. The room, we are in, is peaceful and quiet. The price is worth your stay as the service is efficient and unobtrusive. Well placed to get to anywhere in Sandakan. Food is abundant if you do some walking around. Banks will refill your cash when it is low. For those who like...

The room are comfy and spacious, price wise i would say reasonable. Convenient as in nearby there's several restaurants, convenient shop, laundry. Staffs are helpful on assisting me to get a cab to travel around, as Sandakan or the whole sabah is so difficult to find a public transport around there. Wi-fi yeah is kinda weak, i think it applies...

The fact that the hotel is good value for money, in a good location for business, and clean - makes it OK. But there are a few things not quite right about the hotel. (1) The smoke. Unless you smoke, insist on a Non-Smoking room. The smoking rooms, I found, would "leak" in smoke through the bathroom from other rooms.The...

A very nice boutique hotel, the room is clean & quiet... There's a spa right next door owned by the same hotel.very convenient for those without a transport, walking distance to many restaurants & clubs & other entertainment outlets. Walking distance away from 7-E, watson & laundry shop.

Checked-in to Superior queen with balcony, but unfortunately the sliding door to the balcony is broken and not able to lock the sliding door , the wifi connection is lousy. I feel the standard room rate of RM 150.00/night (before 6% tax) is quite expensive compared to room facilities and hotel location. Travelled and stayed from 29 to 31 DEC...

Everything about this hotel is good. Value for money, space, large shower area , cleanliness & it is very new. The only thing is its poor sound proof system. Located near highway and above a night entertainment, it can be noisy if you are a light sleeper. Another issue is poor wifi connection and low speed.

Been there for business trip for 3 days 2 nights. The hotel was strategically located at Prima Square, Sandakan. Spa and massage centre located beside the hotel. The hotel was surrounded with nearby local banks, restaurants, pubs, drug store and convenient store. The rooms are clean and neat. The toilets are clean and in good working condition. However, the wifi...

Checked-in to Superior queen with balcony, but unfortunately the sliding door to the balcony is broken and not able to lock the sliding door. They put a metal bar underneath as a stopper, but the door is still able to slide open to create a gap. So I asked to change the room and unfortunately as well I have to...

Rm166 for a superior room. Up:- Room is clean, spacious, working shower. Down:- no security safe inside the room, wifi is slow, poor sound proofing in rooms. They do not serve breakfast. Food:- there's no inhouse kitchen hence you need to walk/drive to find food at nearby shops. Pizzahut and other local food outlet is walking distance from the hotel.

1. the location of the hotel is excellent. In the new district of Sandakan and surrounded with a lot of restaurants and banks. 2. the room is well equipped with 3 stars hotel amenities. 3. however, with the price paying for, it should included a decent breakfast. Anyway, I will stay there again in my future trips to Sandakan.

Thank HongCL
