The camp is really nice and beautifully located! Our guide Mahmoud was so nice and took us to a spectacular hike at Jabal Umm ad Dami. I recommend staying there for any trip in Wadi Rum! The food was excellent and the setting is perfect in covid times
Beautiful scenery, hosts were very nice, we stayed up late night talking to them and other guests. The dinner was great, as well as the tour of the desert. There was no wifi so come prepared. Would recommend.
This is our favourite place to stay in Wadi Rum. We have stayed at this camp 4 times and every time Mohammad and his family have exceeded expectations. The camp is well taken care of - clean, comfortable and a perfect place for sunset. The food is fantastic - and they cater especially well for vegetarians. On our last night they had prepared a delicious vegetarian muqluba! They also tailor the trips each time so that we see something different. On this visit, we scrambled up Umm ad Dami in time for sunrise which was just incredible. Can't wait for our next visit!
The tents and small chalets were adequate, with heating and air con. Authentic restaurant with local food. Dancing after the meal, though all the dancers left at 9pm so they were probably shipped in for the occasion! Breakfast was a bit more sporadic, but it was an authentic experience so who's complaining?
The words are not enough to express the experience in this camp! From food to accommodation and tours - everything was amazing. We spent there 2 full days and we saw almost all the other camps - none of them is even close to this one. The location is breathtaking. In front of you is the most beautiful part of the desert and on top of it this is the best place in the desert to watch the sunset - groups of people from other tours were coming to the hill behind the camp to watch the sunset. The food was exceptionally delicious, diverse and plenty. The rooms and the bathrooms were clean, warm and tidy. The commonplace is one of the best things - cozy, sunlit and with the one million dollar view. We took a one-day jeep tour and one-day camel ride - both worth it, but the jeep tour was really a once in a lifetime experience. Wadi Rum is really an exceptional place! Thank you, Mohammed, and your family for your hospitality, honesty, and integrity!…
