Travellers' Choice
Salam everybody, My name is Suleyman Mohamed Al-Blui and I'm a 25 years old Bedouin guide who grew up in the Wadi Rum area. My family is still the traditional livestyle in the desert. And me, being a tourguide, decided to show the Beduin lifestyle to others. I offer a variarty of tours such as camel, jeep, hiking and climbing tours in the area. If you come with me we will sleep under the stars, but I also offer to sleep in tradtion Beduin tents for who prefers that. You will discover the beauty of the desert and enjoy the quietness. And not to forget, get to know our culture and taste our food! If you want more information, feel free to contact me through, website, telephone or email. Masalama and hope to see you soon, Suleyman

Suleiman is a very gracious host. The food is great and followed by music and camp fire. The evening stars are incredible. Bring long exposure camera to capture the best possible evening photos. We did the two hour jeep tour to the various sites and watched the sunset at around 7pm then back to camp for dinner. We paid JD 35 per person - great value.

We chose this camp because of the adventures, the bedouin expeeience and the high level reviews in trip advisor. We wanted something fun, adventurous and real , not a "touristy activity" . And Suleiman ans his team delivered a very entertaining, safe, real adventure with lots of fun and oh good local food that was cooked in the place. We went hiking, driving in the dessert, we ate in place with fresh food prepared by Awad, and we saw a beautiful sunset. The rooms are cool, and clean. But be aware this is not a 5 star hotel with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, or Jacuzzi. If you are looking for that , then this is not for you. If you want a real bedouin experience with real adventures, clean room, fresh food, and exiting views and kind friendly people, THEN this camp is Your Place. Thanks a lot Yassen the Cook, Thanks so much Awad (Abu Garib) the tour aventure guide and Thank you a lot Suleiman. We felt like family at tour camp and had a super fun time!!
