Three nights in Wadi Rum, visiting all the major sites and much more besides. Nadjah and Abdel Rahman worked hard to make this tour of the strange and wonderful rocky hills exceptional. At the camp I enjoyed traditional luxuries such as the Jordanian chicken and rice speciality, mansaf, as well as ful beans with tomatoes and endless glasses of mint tea. Best of all, I slept under the stars in the cool summer desert breeze. Clean and well-organised. Owned and staffed by Wadi Rum locals, this camp is well-located, just a stroll from Siq Burrah but well away from from other campsites..
I strongly recommand green desert for all people looking for a wonderfull experience, traditionnal yet confortable in a peacefull environment, far from other camps. Great team and great 4x4 tour. We had a great time
Wonderful experience in wadi Rum in these two days. Nadjah and Abdou took care of us from the beginning to the end and made us experience the desert from their point of view, and made us feel like guests and not turists. We definitely recommend this Camp. Susanna and Constantin
We stayed one night at Nadjah’s camp. It was one of the most memorable experiences I could think of. He picked us up from the village and drove us to the camp. We did a full day jeep tour and our tour guide was Yousif. He was amazing and we really enjoyed his company! He showed us the main attractions, spent as much time as we liked in each place, took great pictures of us, cooked delicious lunch and told us about Bedouin life and traditions in Wadi Rum. At the end of the tour we watched the sunset, drank tea and ate some bread. It was unforgettable experience! After the jeep tour our hosts showed us how to cook dinner in a traditional Bedouin way. We ate tasty food, drank loads of tea listening to the instruments playing and danced. There were loads of blankets so we were very warm at night in our tent. Next day we enjoyed camel ride at sunrise and delicious breakfast. This experience has exceed our expectations. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Would highly recommend this camp if you want to get to know real Bedouin life. Hopefully, we will back one day!…
Stayed just one night, should have stayed at least two. Did full day jeep tour and sunrise camel ride. Great value, great people! Freshly cooked, delicious dinner and breakfast with vegan options, superb live music next to the fire, clean sheets, very clean toilets. Our tent was a bit cold as it was late December but plenty of warm blankets were provided. Electricity socket (UK type) was available in the room. Our very kind host also arranged for transport direct from the camp to Aqaba. Overall, highly recommended!
