Booking was easy, meeting the guide was easy, and they accommodated all of our requests for a jeep tour, dinner, and camel rides. Fantastic spot for a camp up against the rocks with soft sand for the kids to play in. Tents had basic beds in them and the toilet facilities were clean and one shower even had warm water.... More

We arrived at the Wadi Rum village around 3.30pm, and Khalid picked us up for a 15min drive into the camp. The sun is setting right behind you, so you remain in the shade while watching the light fade all over the desert in front of you for a truly amazing sight. The tea made by khalid was probably the... Stayed only for a night, but a great one. Our tent/ cabin was clean and comfortable, and we were given more than enough blankets one could have. There's no light in the room apart from a candle, which adds to the whole glamorous camping under the stars experience. Toilet facilities are good and clean, much better than what we had... More

We stayed here for one night and the experience was a very memorable one. Even though we were in the middle of the desert, the tents were good and comfortable. The staff were very cheerful and lively and helped us a lot. I would surely recommend this camp to everyone who wishes to enjoy in the Wadi Rum desert!!

We did enjoy the camp but it needs some upkeep and maintenance. The hospitality and our guide Mamdoo were excellent. The desert is a great experience! In this time of the year it can be quite cold but extra blankets were provided. Views are excellent and the jeep tour was great with a nice sunset spot. The Toyota jeep was... More

After a long drive through this magical high desert, watching the sunset sitting by a fire of sagebrush scrub made by our driver, we arrived in the gathering dusk. The cabins are cosy with many blankets to keep the evening chill at bay and the welcome to a seat by the fire,to relax and drink and just absorb the utter... More

Wadi Rum has quite a few camps but this is one of the better. Try to arrive in daylight or early dusk for an easier settle in. Also if on a longer holiday try to leave main bags with driver and just bring overnight kit for this one.DO NOT forget a warm coat for night sky gazing as the Wadi... More

We loved every second of our stay. The welcome was warm and friendly and the tea flavoured with sage was delicious. Our guide kindly drove us out of camp for a better view of the sunset before returning to camp to meet the other guests. A great night had by all around the fire sharing stories and a very snuggly... A wonderful desert camp . The tents were lovely and more like cabins that tents . The toilet facilities were good and plenty of hot water . The scenery is out of this world. The Cook makes a traditional meal buried in the sand . It was the best meal we had in Jordan sitting eating with a campfire and... More

We loved staying at the Milky Way Ecolodge. The location was stunning with some fun places to hike around. It's a great spot for kids and the staff were excellent. I would highly recommend this camp site.
