Very good customer service and breakfast, good hot water in shower- the room was a little small for three of us though. Beautiful area happy we stayed. Pull out couch bed was not the most comfortable, but the room was very clean and sunny

The Ramon Suites hotel is very bad, we highly recommend that you do not stay there. We got a so called garden suite at a rate of over 200 dollars/750 shekels a night, there was no garden just a dirty balcony. The bathroom and bedrooms were ridiculously dirty, we called the front desk to ask for a clean up but...

We had a great experience at this hotel. The accommodations were nice and the breakfast was very good. We left something behind and the hotel mailed it to us at no charge. What a great personal service.

We went to celebrate a birthday and the staff decorated our room with balloons and a beautiful fruit plate. The suite was roomy, with a large bedroom, larger living area with kitchenette, plenty of closet space, and a large bathroom. The hotel restaurant served a range of tasty food and here, too, the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel...

This is a reasonable hotel, made in an old apartment block. It has good rooms and a nice swimming pool. Breakfast is good. Staff was friendly. Beds good. It is one street behind the cliff edge of the crater. Nice walk early in the morning or late at night.
