Stayed only one night It was clean , the breakfastwas no big deal but appropriate I dont think its an international 4 star hotel maybe its a vietnamese rated 4 star hotel Dont understand with the climate they have why the rooms have carpeting It must be disgusting deep in the pile
Worst hotel experience ever. First off, this hotel advertises that it has a roof bar, karaoke, spa and coffee lounge. None of that exists, it’s a fake ghost town in each floor that gives off creepy vibes. Don’t expect much other then your room, breakfast place to eat and roof bar. Second, your door key will stop working randomly requiring you to get it fixed. This happen 2-3 times for one night we were there. Imagine how troublesome that is. Last, when we were checking out, a ugly laundry bag was missing and we got taunted for over 20 minutes for an ugly and smelly bag. They attempted to charge us and held us over in our tour. Who is going to compensate us for the time we lost on our tour? Over horrible service. Avoid Dao and Hien and this hotel if you can. You can do better and have your money go further.…
The hotel staff charged an extra 30% for 1 hour early check-in They also charged 30% extra for 15 minutes late check out hot water system were not working but they did not fix it They don't care about the guest's benefits, They focus on collecting every penny
Location was unbeatable, oppositely Xuan Khanh market where we could explore the local people's lives. However, the services that the hotel offered were quite poor. Room was old with smelly towels. WiFi was slow. Check-in staff was unfriendly. Breakfast was awful and tasteless.
Nice and friendly staff at the reception. Nice restaurant and, comparing to the others where we were, better selection of breakfast. Situated quite central and easy to reach to the night market. Spacious rooms and bathroom.
Only one night staying here - but everything fine. The room was good - upper storey - and we were at the back of the hotel, giving us a view over the town. The hotel was convenient for a good walk into the town. The rooftop bar was pleasant. Breakfast was good. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
Although this hotel is good for the Mekong Boats and Floating Markets it is not 4 star. The rooms are dated and falling apart. Karaoke goes on till gone 11 and the roads noise is noticeable ALL night. Breakfast isn’t great. It may look good from the outside. Don’t be fooled
We only spent one night here as part of our tour but enjoyed the hotel and location. The Sky Bar on the roof has great views of the city and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The room was modern, spacious and clean with a huge bathroom and shower.
The location was excellent, on the 30/4 street, the main street of Can Tho city. The room was big with good equipment. The staff was friendly and helpful. Really happy about our staying. If lucky, your room will have with river view!
I stayed here for one night on the seventh floor and had trouble connecting and staying connected to WiFi. Discussions with other guests revealed the same the issue. I raised the issue with the front desk - they seem to know about it but can’t be fixed?
