Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed during a tour in Jan 2023, and had a terrible experience! Woke up with tons of bed bugs. The safe didn't work, and they had to replace it twice, and even then the safe didn't function correctly. The AC was not working at all. This is not the standard of a 3-4 star hotel. Travelers beware and book somewhere else.

First of all, we found an insect in a piece of pastry during breakfast at the hotel. Second, the staff does not speak a word of English- but even if they did, they would not be available to help. The rooms are clean but quite unstructured: the shower stands in its own cubicle in the middle of the room- and transparent glasses provide a 360-degree view. The toilet is inconveniently in a separate room, and taps are also elsewhere. Nonsensical room!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Dirty linen, floor and bathroom with cold showers. Location is too far out of the centre of Can Tho to walk for dinner each night. In the red light district, with 'massage parlours' all positioned on the same road. Men randomly wandering the hotel day and night as access is available through a lift that doesn't require a room key to access any floor in the hotel, with the 'spa' being questionable whether it is in fact a brothel. Emergency exits propped open with access to the streets. Not safe at all. Had money taken from suitcase with no apology from management at all, despite attempts to file a police report. I have travelled extensively and never experienced a hotel like this, highly recommend going somewhere else.

Ultimately a cheap but gives the impression of a luxurious stay but the standards are just not up to scratch. Where this experience is really let down is by the cleaning standards. Lobby smells of damp. The pool area isn’t the cleanest either - removable cushions used for their wooden sun loungers are disgusting to be honest. Having said all that what really shocked us was when we made a complaint about the walls in the toilet - they were covered in stains - possibly excrement?! Anyway we were promised someone to come clean the room upon our return from dinner post check-in. On cue someone was sent up to our room upon return... she then proceeded to scrape the stains off the wall using a bottle top then rinsed the wall down using water from the toilet bowl!! No disinfectant, no spray, just toilet water! Most of the front of staff are friendly, helpful and try their best though!

Lovely rooftop pool (although a LOT of chlorine). Rooms clean, however daily cleaning left a lot to be desired (used glasses never cleaned and ant colonies building up in the room). After staying for 3 weeks in a group of 40 people (who spent a lot of money whilst there) they were trying to charge 3 rooms 50,000 vnd each for accidentally breaking a glass in the room! Also several other discrepancies on room service bill - none that were handled professionally. Some rooms were extremely noisy at all hours of the night due to adjoining karaoke bars!

It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Looks from outside very luxurious however it is not really so.The location is not the best neither, at least 25 walking mins to the center. The room was okay. On the fifth floor was a room for the personel too and they were really noisy in the early morning The hotel has a nice roof pool we enjoyed it. They serve cocktails and food there which was absolutely okay.Breakfast normal nothing special. The English of the personal is questionnable- as almost everywhere in Viietnam. The roofpool was the best in the hotel.

As part of our tour- this hotel overpromises and under delivers. Noisy/not sound proofed doors/walls... led light from master light controls above head on headboard cant be turned off or dimmed for a dark room/sleep... Someone elses hair on the bed sheet...dirty/stained carpets... we have had 3star hotels on this 21day tour better than here. Pool is lovely though... and reception looks nice.... but the room and hallways to the room smells musty.

This hotel wasn’t booked individually by me but was included as part of a Mekong tour. My initial impression was WOW so impressive - ignoring the smell of mould that hit your nostrils when you walked in. I was even more impressed to find I had been given a suite 😲 (which again stank of mould). Initial impressions started to dull a bit for a number of reasons but for what I paid for the whole trip, I’m certainly not complaining. If you are paying individually for this, here’s the not so good. Couldn’t get any hot water (mentioned in other reviews). The control panel over the bed which controlled lights, TV etc was challenging to say the least. Barely any English speaking staff and breakfast was nothing to get excited about (unless you are Asian). But the overriding issue would be the bad smell of mould everywhere. I should also mention there is a brand new rooftop pool which is very impressive with amazing city views. Food and drink prices were very good. Depends what you pay as to whether you rate this more highly or not

**would rate 3.5 if possible. Good value for money but hotel itself isn’t within walking distance of much. Our room smelt constantly of strong cigarette. Bed was comfy enough. I wasn’t blown away by anything. Tour of the floating markets and fruit market were great.
