Great little hotel with lovely suites, although I am unsure what the internal balcony was about. However the staff are really attentive and polite, and as we had skipped breakfast they gave us a box of food to take with us for our onward journey. Big thanks to the staff.
I really enjoyed my two-night stay here. I was lucky to have room #4 with a balcony and a great view over the river. The room has a spacious sitting room, separate bedroom with a comfy bed and powerful AC, and a shower with piping hot water and good water pressure. There was plenty of free drinking water as well as a free alcoholic welcome drink and fruit basket on arrival. The room is clean and has plenty of character. Being a small hotel, the receptionist remembered my name and was very friendly. The hotel has a fabulous restaurant and rooftop bar, and the location can't be beat. I deducted one star because the wi-fi didn't work during my stay so I had to change a few scheduled online work meetings to phone calls. Despite the wi-fi issues, I would definitely stay here again during future trips to Can Tho. I preferred this hotel over the neighboring TTC Hotel. If you visit Can Tho, grab a coffee at Time Cafe, have a cocktail at N-Nice' Cocktail and Bar and eat at Ban Xeo 7 Toi.…
This is a small and lovely hotel, just across the street from the river. Only 7 suites. Our suite had a large living area with chairs and a sofa, plus a bar area. We only stayed one night, but they did a lot to make us feel welcome. When we arrived the bed had a display of 2 swans made from towels, plus rose petals. We did not eat dinner there, but went to the Lighthouse Restaurant instead, which we recommend. At breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, the hotel gave us so much varied and tasty food that we could not possibly eat anywhere near all of it.
This is a very charming hotel with super comfortable rooms. The rooms are small apartments, actually, with a separate living room and bedroom. Some have kitchenettes. They're very tasteful when it comes to decor. The hotel was built in the 1930s, and it's current version definitely allows the guests to feel how life looked in the old Can Tho. The value for money is also great here. I am definitely happy we chose this place.
The rooms and the hotel are divine. The restaurant was great (both the upper one and the street level one). I am a French/English person so I really speak both languages very well and am well traveled. I hate to complain because the staff was extremely nice but for that level of hotel and pricing, I was expecting people at the reception with better understanding of our questions and not just giggles and smiles. We stayed nice and polite but not sure everyone wold be like us. For instance, we had a boat tour booked. When I asked where we needed to go (even though it was Mekong Tours but the owner owns the hotel and the travel company), we had to ask numerous time for the embarking point. Everything was sadly a bit of a hassle. This review is more to level up the staff's comprehension.…
Lovely little hotel. Staff excellent. Breakfast was served on a lovely rooftop terrace. Excellent selection for breakfast. We had a fantastic Japanese style room. Very comfortable. Fresh fruit and tea in room much appreciated
We only stayed for one night so we don't really have that much experiences about this place. My dad and I booked ONE room and they arranged us TWO room connected to each other. The surroundings is pretty cool and I recommend walking around a little bit.
Excellent location. We stayed two nights in room #3. The room was large, bright and quiet. The well-equipped bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast was served on the top floor with a good selection of free-flow items from the menu. Service was attentive and though the English standard needs some help, the servers do try their best to please.
Complete scam. After eating, waiter told us the bill was 1895.00 dong and initially refused to show us the bill for review. When we reviewed it, the bill was actually 1095 dong and the waiter had changed the zero to an eight (in a completely different color ink). Would not recommend this horrible place to anyone
We only stayed one night as we were heading to the airport for our flight to Phu Quoc. There is quiet a bit to see around this town from the nearby night market to the floating markets just outside the town. We also had one of the large rooms with a day room and separate bedroom at the rear which was very quiet. Nice roof terrace cum restaurant where we ate. Breakfast is chosen from a menu rather then buffet. Pleasant enough without standing out in any respect.
