This hotel is the only one you will finde in the City with 5 stars, but please do not expect the same value for the money as you have in Bangkok with a 5 stars hotel!. I will rate this hotel between 3 and 4 stars. It's an old hotel but still ok for what I't can offer for the...

There are not that many hotels in this area and the Topland is one of the better ones. Yes, it's a bit on the older size but it's well maintain. The room was quite comfortable with all the amenities - in room safe, flat screen tv, etc. The hotel is very clean and housekeeping does a nice job. There is...

The hotel is a bit old, and it's rooms show the old style. Nevertheless, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly, location is perfect, there's ample multi-storey parking, a department store is adjacent, directly accessible from the hotel, even from the 2nd floor. Another important point for us is the food, not primarily the quality, but the value for money....

The hotel has seen better days but it still remains a reasonable hotel. The reception process was prompt and efficient. The rooms are well overdue for a refurbishment and it was easy to note that a paint job or tile replacement in the bathroom area was now long overdue. The wifi was reliable. The hotel is centrally located to some...

This hotel reminds me of the grand old hotels in the states. Large rooms and well decorated with beautiful furniture. The staff are friendly and always helpful and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was adequate but lacking a bit for the western palate. This will be my go to place to stay in Phitsanulok!

Quite hard to say something great about this hotel but equally hard to say something negative. We've stayed here 1 night during our Northern Thailand trip but I remembered the least about this hotel. Wifi works but they have an annoying system which forces you to re-enter the access code almost every few minutes. Room were OK; not spectacular but...

We stayed one night during our trip to Thailand. The rooms were nice (very hard mattresses though) and the buffet for dinner and breakfast was ok, not huge but nice. Also, the hotel is located right next to a local shopping mall which stays open until 9:00PM. My teenagers loved it!

If you are a light sleeper please forget this Hotel, the staff and room are all perfect, I guess for 1,600 Baht a night it should be good. But at 9pm until 2am every night you will hear the Boom,Boom,Boom from the music room and I was on level eleven. I booked for two nights but could only put up...

I stayed 5 nights in 2016. I have stayed there many times since 2004, but not in the last 4 years. The level of spoken English of the staff has improved. The pool area is very nice (but not enough loungers at the weekend, and they had no cushions, so we're fairly uncomfortable). The breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied....
