I got this guest house by chance after 1 night near by. It was clean and had a sitting area. Two bottle of water, free coffee and tea. Water press was slightly weak but enough to have a shower. Location is great to go walking street within 2 mins and near by 7/11. The price was only 200 Bath(Later I...

I was quite pleased to have my own bungalow for only 200 baht! The room was great, bathroom was huge, and I liked relaxing on the porch. Location is close to the main streets of Pai which is convenient but may sometimes mean noise. I didn't find the atmosphere here to be particularly social, but I also was here during...

Can't fault it, staff were friendly and nice. They were happy to help with any enquiries and was always available from morning to late at night at the reception. Garden was maintained everyday along with the rooms. Clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Had a great 9 night stay here. Also the location was great, right off walking street which...

I stayed one night. I think the room and the garden where great for the price. Unfortunately my neighbours were of the noisy kind. So it is a question of being lucky since the doors and rooms are very close to each other. Nothing to complain but overall it was not a cosy experience somehow so only 4 stars

The 4 stars is because the huge efforts of the owners to make me feel comfortable. At the start they gave me a fan room for 200 THB. In this room I saw dead ants on the bathroom so the owner come and clean it. It wasn't enough for me so I asked to change room. She gave me a...

Room had air conditioner & shower (no soap, 711 around the corner)- all you need here! Yes, there are ants but bought spray from 711. Yes, bed is HARD but folded quilt & lay on...

We had an air conditioned bunglow with hot water for 500baht. So not bad value for money. The good thing about this place is the convenient location and the lovely garden. The room itself is dated and a bit dark (lots of trees etc block the light), but clean. There were lots of ants in the bathroom, but we are...

The single bed is big but a bit hard mattress, each private room is double link house. The location is excellent, it is in the quiet street and just 5 minutes walk from bus station and Ya service centre so that you can rent a motorcycle to explore Pai town.

We stayed for 3 nights in feb 2013 . We paid 600 thb ,for a twin room with aircon, tv,private bathroom and private balcony area . Most of the rooms at pravees are bungalows set around a nice little garden. But when we arrived they had only a room in a brick building ,up some stairs at the rear of...
