We had one of the nicest stays at this place. It wasn't easy to get to as we arrived in a storm and the road gave out before we got there. We had to walk with rucksacks but worth the effort. The best way to get there is by a boat taxi. Same price, 100 baht per person seemed to...

Beautiful, simple bungalows on a turqouise beach..it was a perfect quiet 5 day getaway! Owners were really friendly, bungalows were basic but super enough & clean. We adored powder sand on the beach, peace, snorkeling, long walks around the island...i recommend u take 25min long walk, with amazing view, to the main pier instead taking overpriced taxi boat.

We stayed here for five nights on a quiet laid-back beautiful beach with a real local rustic feel. only real downsides are the price of the room + the added price of the taxi boat or truck to and from resort really added up. They do not take credit cards despite the large bill. Plan on spending 800 baht a...

The island is so incredibly beautiful it blew our minds. This particular report / beach is filthy. What a shame! Staff dont seem to clean EVER. The same bottle of water was in the toilets by the bin for the five days we stayed here. Our room was nice with an awesome view but we had to personally go to...

When I first visited Koh Tao in 1996 this is how the island was every where: basic, charming, great food, amazing value. This time we unfortunately had upgraded to another nearby resort but we came here for lunch and dinner a few times and also stayed just one night as the other resort was strangely overbooked. I will stay here...

The food is average at best, especially for Thailand where amazing cheap food is available everywhere; the accommodation is basic plus it is not exactly in a convenient location, away from any sort of night life or shops. With that said, i still love it hear and come as often as i can, a place where you can truly relax....

We stayed here for 4 nights in a bungalow on the rocks. We had an amazing view and it was so quiet! Also the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was good but for diner we went to the restaurant next to the resort. The bed was not really comfortable and there were very large spiders. Besides this minor tings you...

We ended off our Thailand stay at Sai Thong. Very friendly staff, an amazing location and a simple bungalow made for the best experience of our trip. The restaurant's Coconut shakes are amazing! And the beach is awesome for snorkeling.

We stayed 4 nights here and had a wonderfully relaxing time. We phoned up and got a sea view bungalow for 600 THB (booking online is much more expensive) and our friends had a bungalow "on the rocks" for 1500 THB. The sea view was very simple, just a wooden hut with a rock hard bed and bathroom with toilet...

Just spent two nights at Sai Thong and wish we didn't have to leave. It is rustic at best and isolated and with plenty of visitors from the jungle but a small price to pay for such a magnificent location. We had one night in a bungalow on the rocks for 1500 baht - the view from the hammock was...
