We checked in to the hotel at 2pm. This was for our honeymoon. I emailed them to see if they would put something special in the room. When I arrived I confirmed in person they have prepared the room saying happy honeymoon. They said yes. When we got to the room nothing was done. We ate dinner at their restaurant at approx 5:45 and by 7:30pm we where both over the toilet with a food poisoning and a stomach bacteria. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE OR EAT HERE! We where in hospital unable to move for 48 hours and needed a lot of drips and drugs. When we confronted the staff at the hotel and the restaurant they couldn’t care less. They where more interested to see if we actually ate there or made the story up. The staff gave no compensation but instead laughed at us. This place is very poorly run and you should avoid. Rooms smelly and dark. Only give you one key as well so you have no power or A/C when you go out for the day. Hotel manager is rude!…
The hotel was basic and the rooms okay, but air con was SO loud and kept us up at night. The pool was nice but loungers need to be updated as very uncomfortable. We got engaged during our stay and they couldn't help with decorations or making the room special for our return. Average stay, I would go elsewhere if we returned.
Very basic, smelly, would not return to this hotel or phi phi island. Tv didn’t work; the balcony door locked but we could pull it open, signs everywhere with rules/additional charges. No hot running water on the last day. We actually checked out a day early and left the island as we’d had enough. One pool towel per guest per day. One bottle of water per guest per day; no refil station. The most expensive hotel of our trip and certainly the worst. We avoided breakfast as that was an additional charge despite paying £85 per night. I’d avoid and do a day trip to phi phi if you want to visit.
Recently stayed her for a honeymoon and it was great. Staff were helpful. Our room had some flies due to its location near the bin storage. They quickly came and sprayed it and when this didn't suffice they moved our room immediately. The new room was even better. Facilities are great and close to everything on Koh Phi Phi. Would return again
Hotel room was fairly Comfortable. Location is well in market and close to everything. But since it is on don phi phi, the quality of beach is ok with many long tails and crowd although the sea is a stone throw away. Breakfast was ordinary. Staff was not extremely polite but nonetheless efficient. Ok for a 1 night stay.
Very nice hotel close to the central and the Pier , the nice beach is a bit far around 10min walking distance , Pool is nice and quit , the area has lots of shops and nice local restaurants and bars very close.
Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my wife and my two boys who are 9 and 13. We actually stayed here in 2018 when spending the night on Phi Phi and as it did the job well, we decided to come back. We booked online a few months before and booked two rooms. One for my wife and myself one for the boys to share. We asked for rooms next to each other so obviously we could keep an eye on them. The hotel fulfilled this request without a problem. I will begin by saying you probably wouldn’t want to spend more than a few days here but then again the islands would probably just be for a short break. That is not meant to insult the rooms; what I am saying is that they fulfil a purpose: clean and a place to rest in an evening. A base. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk away from the pier. Reception is kind and welcoming. We paid for the better rooms which definitely showed as they were better than last time and more spacious. Hotel also has a pool which is nice. Furthermore, they also have a communal (obviously lockable!) shower facility which was great because we had to check out in the morning and then went onto the beach and on a tour of the islands so managed to get clean and dry even after we had checked out. This was our third visit onto Phi Phi and will definitely not be our last… we would definitely stay in this hotel again for its reasonably priced, conveniently located and everything you’d need.…
My 13yr old daughter and I stayed here 5 nights. Our room was one of the cheaper ones but I feel like we got very lucky. It was really new, clean and modern. It also had a brand new aircon. We loved our stay here. The pool was amazing and clean too. I was a bit anxious after reading some of the reviews. They do have a sheet that lists absolutely every item in the room and how much it costs to replace. The prices were crazy. It did worry me a bit. I think the hotel should reconsider this as it makes people worried about being scammed for obscene amounts of money. We did not experience this issue but I was so worried I was hand-washing any tinted sunscreen or makeup off of our towels 😂😂
We booked 8 nights at this hotel. First 2 nights we spend in a basic room which was below any basic standards: dirty walls, ac was not working properly and when it worked somehow made the floor wet which made my wife almost slip on it, beside of that, the room is very small and doesn't have a dor, they have a slide see through glass. After the 3rd night we paid an upgrade and got a bigger room. The second room was very nice, big, with sea view but the only negative point would be the shower, very difficult to adjust the water temperature. Overall it was a positive experience. Infrastructure of the hotel quite good considering that we are at Koh phiphi. I would recommend the hotel but don t book the basic cheap room.
Good location and full serviced provider. Big room BUT almost no place to hang or dry your wet stuffs. Balcony view is not pleasant even for deluxe room, not private. You can sit and relax on your balcony. Staffs serviced minded should be trained. We had dinner and our bill got doubled price. please check everything before you pay in Phi phi
