Stayed in this hotel 6 years ago. And since then it made zero progress in improving. Once a low-bugdget, cosy island style hotel now turned into deteriorating, shabby hostel. Staff in the reception was helpful, but other staff was doing their day-to-day job not paying too much attention to the guests. Especially breakfast buffet staff were moody and looked annoyed every day. Room was worn out, with poor lighting, and missing couple of light bulbs here and there. Shower was broken, leaking water everywhere. Bathroom had only one very dim light. Housekeeping does their job very carelessly. Balconies don’t get cleaned very well so sand and dirt gets dragged into the room very easily. If you love onions then breakfast buffet will be perfect for you. All the dishes apart ham and sausages are buried in onions. Some positive things worth mentioning is hotel’s location (next to a nice beach). We’d like to say special thank you to a guy from the reception. We had a medical emergency at night. He managed to call the hospital and took us there on his motorbike. Thank you!

Lovely hotel. Great value for money. Room was cleaned everyday and clean when we arrived. Pool area is amazing always sunloungers. Breakfast was average but it normally is in Thailand, reception staff also amazing! This is the quiet part of the island and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the centre but having stayed in phi phi before in a different area and not being able to sleep until 2-3am because of loud music this place is 10000x better. Stay here!

Amazing stay, excellent views from pool and breakfast area. Very helpful staff especially the 3 ladies who work at the front desk. Breakfast could have more options in the morning however everything else is perfect. Very good for families with children,

Please avoid. We booked two rooms at this hotel for a one night stay with family. We were shown to our rooms by a member of staff and were shocked by the state of the rooms. There were pubic hairs on the floor, urine and fecal matter on the toilet seat, the wood in the room had mould growing on it, the surfaces were all dusty and the bed frame had white dried stains. We I complained to reception they moved us to new rooms which were a very slight improvement but still equally as disgusting. We took this as the best we’re going to get so went out for a few hours to make the most of the island. We then came back and were going to get ready when we found that the shower didn’t work, no water whatsoever came out. I went to reception to complain about the dirt and shower. I was advised by the manager that they don’t bother cleaning the toilets and you don’t sleep on them and that I was the only person to have ever had a problem with it. During this discussion the manager was extremely rude and was shouting at me, he seriously lacks customer service skills. The manager advised he would send someone to fix the shower whilst we were out at dinner. We returned back to the room to find that the shower still didn’t work and reception was closed. This means we’ve gone the whole stay without washing facilities.

Initially, the double duluxe room we were given was an absolute nightmare - mosquitoes galore in the room, bugs in the bed and scattered all over the room, bathroom looked filthy. I even requested for sprays or plug-in mosquito repellent, which they did not have. With such disgust I demanded for an immediate change of room. After much deliberation with the reception team, I finally got transferred to a better room (seemed to be a newer block of rooms) - much higher quality room. I was happy to stay in the newer block, which I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t offer earlier even though they had availability. Considering the facilities/resources available to the island, I can’t entirely right off the hotel. There is also something about the area and cats. Cats were everywhere (in case you are not a fan of them). On a plus note, a really nice island with plenty to do in the evenings.

Dirty, rooms smalls, nasty shower with sea water. No phone in the room and terrible internet connection. The hall place small bad, terribles views and you have a school next to the rooms. The only good thing is the beach near. No releation between price and quality.

We loved our stay in the andaman beach resort. Room was good and very helpful staff. Only downside, there were a lot of mosquitoes in our room on arrival, but i guess that is island life. Resort is very nice located to the beach.

Almost everything about this hotel was ok(not fantastic). Location was nice and quiet but walkable into the main area, right on the beach which was good, I had a pool side villa which I was lucky with. Villas themselves were clean and a good size, could have done with a bit of updating but was still quite good condition. Breakfast was ok but could have been better. Price was ok for what you got. Really phi phi has been over developed and no longer has the great beaches I remember from 20 years back - a bit like most of thailand these days.

I was travelling with my family and friends. They have a nice view from the hotel pool. It is located just beside the beach where you can swim and relax. There is some swings for you to spend a time at the beach side. There are lot of restaurants where you can have lot of deserts and meals, specially fresh fish. Staff in the hotel is very helpful and nice. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks to the hotel staff again for giving me an awesome time.

The hotel is nice and on the more quiet side of the island - however walking distance to the busy side so we loved going to the bars and then coming home to be able to sleep. The breakfast is pretty standard but nice. The pool is nice to chill in and the beach is literally a stone throw from pool which was lovely. Overall good experience and no problems experienced. Did the URip boat tour through hotel and was happy good bargain for money.
