If you're looking for a five star deluxe resort, than this isn't exactly it. But for the cheapest accommodation that we came across on Long Beach, it certainly is good value. Bungalows are sizeable, but fairly modest. No TV or anything like that, but a bathroom with a cold water shower and two beds - all you really need. Having... More

Camparing the bungalow we got here and the one at Paradise Pearl Bungalows is like comparing day and night. Though, these bungalows had no frills- very simply furnished, at least they were clean. The matresses were comfortable and the bathroom was useable. The porch had chairs we could sit on to read at night. The bungalow is quite spacious and... More

Pro: incredible location & view, nice staff, great (and cheap) restaurant. Comfy king size bed, very quiet. Cons: bathroom was horrible (smelly, very dated, need to be fixed), I think this hotel would work for youngsters on a budget and/or backpackers.

This place really lived up to it's poor reputation for service. The staff here were absolutely disinterested in their guests and much more interested in the Thai soap operas that seemed to be playing round the clock. We had to stay here as a last resort as we wanted to stay on long beach and i wouldn't recommend it to... More

The resort is located at the very end of Long Beach atop a long set of stairs. The view of Ko Phi Phi Lai (the smaller island) is spectacular, but this view can also be had from many locations across the island. Also, only some of the cabins have unobstructed views (mine did not have a direct view). Especially as... More

The location was amazing, and the trek up the steps was definitely worth it. It was great value for money, but I would definitely advise an air conditioned room over a fan rom, as these were larger and had better views. We had a fan room and it was still very hot at night and impossible to go back to... More

The thing about Phi Phi Hill is that it can be great or horrible, depending on your priorities. The view and the location are absolutely stunning, and contrary to what others have said, I found the staff to be very friendly (the trick is to be friendly to them, which I understand is quite hard for some people). The downfall,... More

It was my understanding that this hotel would provide a pick-up service for a guest who has just arrived on Ko Phi Phi. I should have called the hotel and checked, so I know that I am partly to blame, but I found this claim to be erroneous. In addition, the taxi boats at the pier will not take you... More

I stayed here with my g/f for 4 nights this past Christmas. It is a beautiful location with great sweeping views of long beach and Phi Phi Ley. The rooms are clean and spacious - they don't really get too hot like the bungalows on the beach do during the day, and there's often a cool breeze at night. The... More

Rooms smell of Deet. Enter bathrooms barefoot at your own risk. It's relatively cheap, but because of the horrible rooms and the distance from the city center. It's as far as can be from center of Phi Phi, and the resort doesn't provide shuttles to the center, so you'll be dishing out 100 baht/person, 150 at night, to travel to... More
