Have stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed to decided to stay again for 1 night on our way to other islands. Ideally situated just couple of minutes down the Main Street from the pier. Room had everything you needed but they could do with up dating now. Bed was comfortable Staff were lovely
Decent value for money, good location, 5 mins walk from the pier. We’re only here for 3 days and one of the reasons we came was the beaches, which we found to be ok at best. During the 2nd afternoon we went to the pool and we found that there are only 6 loungers. I guess going to phi phi isn’t about staying round the pool but not being able to use it due to no availability was a big disappointment as we just wanted to chill for an hour or so. The hotel is nice but the pool situation made me give 3 rather than 4 when I rated it.
This place is a little tired; but our expectations were realistic based on the room rate. All in all it was a very good place for us to stay as a family: they provided a cot for our toddler and he loved the swimming pool. The location could not have been better - such a short walk from the pier. And the breakfast that was included was good. Would recommend; just set your expectations realistically and you’ll enjoy!
Spacious rooms with terrace, beautiful garden with swimming pool. Although the hotel is on the main street, the rooms are situated at the back and it was quiet in the evening. Excellent breakfast. Helpful friendly staff.
Booked through agoda always a risk because in thailand you can always do a reservation with no deposit and check the room first. The agoda price was better. Still not sure why hotels dont have a on site booking rate less than online Check in simple quick. Hotel has people at the pier to take you. Its not far from.the pier 5 min walk. Good central location to all the bars and night life also just 5 min away Room was clean and gòod ac. The 300 section looks on the pool all other areas are garden view. Bed was firm but not too firm. Clean room good ac. Staff helpful. The prices for tours are standard. If you book through the resort they may get you a better price. Breakfast buffet on the water and has a decent selection of food. If you keep your door open you will get misquitos so ignore the reviews that complain. Always ask to check the room first. Would definalty book again. Its nice to walk everywhere. Many good restaurants close by. Some other hotels you need a water taxi to get to and from this was simple…
Originally booked 3 nights but actually stayed 5. The hotel is in a great location, just off the beach and a short stroll to the pier and pretty much everything! Our room was comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch for the rainy mornings allowing us to o do so planning in an outdoor setting. The staff were lovely and the breakfast selection was great. Probably the best omelette on my travels and definitely the best streaky bacon, really crispy, the way I like it! The sponge cake was also delicious, so light and moist. I liked the vanilla and coffee, my husband preferred the chocolate. My only minor issue was on checkout when they checked our room a small towel was apparently missing. Not to be funny but not sure why I would want to take a small towel. We sent them away to check as we did not have our room serviced every day and on leaving to catch the boat they said housekeeping had not come back so it's ok. Just not the best last impression especially after such a great stay. Overall good hotel for the price. Would definitely stay again, I might just count the towels everyday! 🤣…
The staff was accommodating and for a last minute booking , the day of there was no delay for us getting a room. The facilities were nice , the pool area provided a secluded feel. Good location close to the water , and the breakfast provided was really good. Only complaint was the smell from the bathroom and the drains did not function properly.
So so maybe for tourist got nice room for me it’s not a comfortable while they have to check the room before I got in the room it was full of mosquitoes 🦟 so I immediately turn on air-con to get mosquitoes out doesn’t work remote (fan key ) which I can’t sleep well over here rest of others is okay also the breakfast was so so 😌☹️
Great accommodation on Phi Phi island. So easy to walk to from main pier 180m and easy access to the beaches, party scene and cafes/restaurants. Quiet in the evenings though as far enough away from the main party scene. Clean rooms, comfy beds, great pool and gym and breakfast right on beach. We were a family of 5 (kids20, 18 and 14) in two adjacent rooms and we loved it. Well priced too.
A lovely hotel, just 4 mins walk from Tonsai Pier. We chose a garden facing balcony room, with view of the pool too. We were not really bothered by mosquitoes as we always kept the balcony windows as well as net partitions closed. The rooms were extremely silent with no noise from adjacent rooms. The Daikin split AC was also extremely efficient & silent. Breakfast was nice with an old lovely lady making excellent oval omlettes. Other stuff was also very good. We were surrounded by so many eateries that we were spoilt for choice. Would readily stay again.
