Where do I start? Paid nearly £70 a night for a sea view room which it was not, no wifi, air con didn't work, swimming pool wasn't clean, rooms old fashioned and breakfast was disgusting. When we arrived I raised these issues with the reception manager only to be told I could not down grade and no refunds despite my...

Enjoyed our stay but felt it was a little expensive - perhaps because it was one of the few large hotels in the centre of town

Location is great, just minutes from pier. Rooms are clean with decent view, rooms on top floor (5th floor) has great sea view which is worth paying the extra. Good service, decent breakfast and at the quiet stretch of the island. Was here for the 2nd time end of February, and will definitely recommend to friends. Only downside: no elevator,...

Ideally located within metres of the ferry terminal. Worth paying the extra for a sea view room. Although hotel now a little tired and very busy on the 2 days we were there, we would return again if only for its location which was ideal.

Staff are not very helpful or friendly, but I knew that going in! Upon check in you are told to leave your key in the drop box when leaving the hotel for the day so as not to incur a 2000 baht fine to replace it. We went to our rooms 204, 205 west wing, changed for the beach and...

Nothing fancy about the place but we were able to get checked in a timely manner. The location is close to both the pier and the beach. A few really good seafood grill restaurants right there as well. The place is clean and we didn't have any trouble here at all.

In my month in Thailand, this was my most expensive hotel at over £50 a night. That might not sound bad until you realise what good value you can get around the £20 mark. This was however my own fault, as I had failed to book in advance as I wasn't sure exactly when I would get to Phi Phil....

Stayed here for 3 nights in Nov 2010. Location: Perfect 1 min walk from the pier, I remember seeing people dragging their luggage to their hotel further away, This won't be you! Rooms: Comfortable, clean, good bed and clean bathroom, We had a view of the pier, we would have preferred views of the beach on the other side. Service:...
