We stayed here as part of a 3 week honeymoon in Thailand. This was by far the poorest place we stayed in and the 3 nights we were at the Natural Resort were the most disappointing out of what was otherwise a fantastic holiday. The first day we were there we took the hotel buffet for lunch and it was...

As a self confessed TA geek i rarely write bad reviews as i always do my homework on hotels & restaurants. Booked this hotel last minute as had to return to Phi Phi to collect some valuables we left at a hotel we stayed at 1 week earlier. My 2 friends who i travelled with wanted to book acc before...

We were there for 5 nights, I didn't enjoyed it. The food was very elemental: if you don't like chicken do don't have any available food almost. Juice there coming from concentrate. Coke was expensive 120 BTH. Also there is any doctor in the area in case you have a problem you need to go to phi phi town (avoid...

We got a long tail boat for 900 baht. We had to argue to get them to drop us at the hotel rather than on the other side of the island. First impressions were good as they took us to our hut in a golf buggy. The hut was a 8 minute walk to the lobby. The rooms are clean...

I really liked this hotel. It wasn't as fancy as some of the other resorts near it, but wasn't as expensive either. After taking the ferry from Phuket to Tonsai Pier at Phi Phi you then have to take a long tail boat from the Pier to get to the hotel. This took a while longer than we anticipated and...

We came for 2 nights to relax after long trip, but it did not work. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel for several reasons: 1. Service – poor. People on the front desk do not speak good English, hard to communicate. Travel guide is always absent; there are always lines to check about anything. To organize something...

We stayed at this resort from 31st Dec to 2nd Jan and enjoyed every moment. We did not know what to expect when we got to this resort due to the previous two reviews and were extremely amazed at the service that we received from all staff members and the beauty of the island and the resort. The gala dinner...

Unfortunately we found this resort to be quite disappointing for the following reasons: -it's not good value for money: the 'superior' bungalow is more consistent with what you would expect of a 1/2 hotel -the bungalows seem really neglected with dated furniture, an old TV and a really unpleasant bathroom with a leaky shower and strange smell -the only wifi...

It's our second stay on Phi Phi but first time in this hotel. The hotel is located on the most north part of the island. We arrived to Phi Phi to Tonsay Bay by ferry from Krabi. There are only two possibilities to get to the hotel: 1) get long tail boat (max 6 persons, 1200 THB per boat). It's...

We booked a standard room at 75€/night, for 2 nights. On our first night, the floor was full of sand when we arrived, and there was no hot water in the bathroom. At 7am the day after, they started BUILDING A ROAD behind our bungalow, and doing renovations in the 2 bungalows next door to us. So the morning after...
