This hotel is meticulous, a true paradise and the staff is the best I have ever encountered. The room is immaculate and the staff always had a smile on their faces. We enjoyed everything that this hotel provided, and will absolutely return one day. We were thrilled. Well done!

We didn't stay in this resort so I am unable to comment on the facilities, however we did eat in the beach bar restaurant on our first night on Phi Phi. I am not exaggerating when I say that this could possibly be THE WORST RESTAURANT IN THE WORLD! Myself and family walked yo the beach to see what was...

I must admit that while the chalet did need some redecorating to hide the fact that the floor is half wood and half linoleum and some of the furniture is starting to show its wear, it was still a very pleasant stay. We spent 3 days there from the 11th to the 13th of April 2013. On arrival we received...

A large property with a good amount of privacy. The free upgrade gave us a very different view of the property and definitely enhanced our experience of the stay. The fire show was a good experience. But the staff had cold attitude and did not understand english well. Tour booking with the hotel seemed quite expensive. PS - Closeby restaurant (i...

Lovely location. Food too expensive, massages too expensive, lovely amenities but a big rip-off. Staff has tactics up their sleeve to extort. Watch out for this. Also too far away from the other main resorts and ferry station.

All up we were pretty happy with our stay here. We had cottage 301, a family room with a garden view, but we also got glimpses of the ocean and we were close to reception, the ocean and the eateries. The cottages were well spread out, in fact we had no idea who our neighbours were. The rooms could have...

The hotel was very nice! The staff amazing and very helpful! The helped us a lot with organizing our transfers. And also our standart room was directly on arrival upgraded to the superior bungalow for free! We loved the bugalow: it was clean, big, with powerful air-condition, located very good - not too far from the beach and reseption. However...

Never mind whatever your friends are doing or where they are going. You want to be here, trust me! The views out over the ocean (the Malacca Strait) from this island are just spectacular and the rooms are well kept and clean. From the beach, located just outside your room, you can just swim off onto the reef and have...

As you know that Phi-Phi NATURAL resort there are some mosquitoes and ants (if you put some food without seal) you would find in your room and you also would revel in different flowers around your room. The hotel is located at Northern Phi-Phi Island with peaceful circumstance if you don’t meet big tour group. The most important that it’s...
