OK hotel on Phi Phi. The rooms are nice but quite small and a little outdated and in need of some TLC. The staff asked us to pay in advance even when we prolonged our stay which I thought was a little irritating, since they wanted me to run to the room and get money straight away, even though they...

The best thing is location of this hotel - near Tonsay bay. Standart room is acceptable, but the shower is not comfortable. Nice beach and swimmingpool. I think that hotel is not important for PhiPhi, main advantage is nature:)

Very objective assessment of this hotel: I have traveled all over the world in all sort of conditions so I guarantee this is the truth about this hotel . It's in a perfect position , closest hotel to the pier. It has beautiful gardens, beautiful pool , beautiful rooms . The rooms are a bit on the classic side ,...

Initially were going to stay for 3 nights but after 1 night we asked for a refund for remainde and booked into holiday inn which was amazing in comparison 1. My daughter was bitten by bed bugs through the night. When she informed the reception they appologised and gave her antiseptic cream. 2. The rooms are in need of a...

We arrived on Phi Phi Island with no prior accommodation booked and there were few hotels with vacancies. We were told this was "number 1" on the island and there were certainly posters around stating it was 4* luxury. So we bought into the hype... The rate was extortionate to say the least - given that we had paid 1/7th...

Although many people have complained about this hotel I have to say for the amount of diaster this island has seen it is a fantastic hotel. Of course I agree it is a bit 70s chic, but it's an island with no onland transport apart from bikes, it's so chilled out it completely suits the island feel. The pool is...

Phi Phi Island is a breathtaking spot and the Phi Phi Cabana Hotel is in a really convenient location – you’re not in the middle of everything but it’s a really short walk to any of the places you might want to go (including the Pier). You can walk straight out onto the beach on one side of the hotel....

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting Phi Phi Island. It's very convenient, a short walk from the pier, which is nice when you arrive and everything is so busy. We took the first ferry across from Phuket and were able to check in early upon arrival, which was great (though this might not happen in the high season when...

We thought we'd treat ourselves to the most expensive hotel on Phi Phi... fortunately we only had 1 night booked on the basis that we'd extend for the rest of the week if we liked it. Reception rooms and restuarant areas are lovely, spacious and impressive. The room itself was the smallest of any hotel I've stayed in Thailand, the...

Nice hotel but staff could be better for the price. I am not saying about the staff that clean the room or fix things or serve you breakfast, but about the receptionists which were not polite. Infra-structure was amazing, nice pool with towels and perfect location (watch for the parties at night and join in, otherwise you cant really sleep)....
