Definitely wasn't the friendliest place we've stayed. The room was adequate but over priced and forget using a complimentary pool lounge.....the staff were straight on to us insisting payment for the use of it.

I couldn't hear any construction noise in the morning or during the day. Don't worry, they're building new villas and rooms but it's only next to the pool and even there is no noise during the day. (It's very well hidden for guests, so we don't get annoyed by the construction). The hotel can be booked without doubt and it's a great stay.
