service in one word - crap receptionist rude. expensive for what we paid for - a deluxe bungalow - more like a service hut. standard rooms are worse, no air conditioning. we only stayed one night, and was back in Phuket the next day. restaurant - Fatima - we were standing there for a while before we were served. And...

I read the reviews on here before hand but we were kind of in a rut to find somewhere so I booked anyway because Mamma's had no rooms available... In my opinion overpriced... The rooms are very basic and while we had one of the hot water bungalows on the beach the water pressure was TERRIBLE. yes it's true they...

These beach huts could not be in a better location the are looking over Tonsai Bay which is stunning. The huts are very basic with limited space for cases/backpacks and the bathroom is a tiny wet but does the job! I would recommend that you upgrade to a room with Air Con as the celing fan does nothing but cirulate...

besides the great location the list of negatives far trumps the positives: No room service what so ever. We stayed for 8 nights, had to empty our own litter, ask for new bath towels and sleep on dirty sheets. The toilet was absoloutly disgusting, we would wake up to the sound of sewerage gurgling up in the toilet and eventually...

I booked this 'resort' the day before travelling to Phi Phi as i panicked about not finding anywhere to stay when i arrived. i really wish i hadn't bothered. It is truly awful. I was shown to my room by a child, no one spoke English or even attempted to communicate in anyway. I was polite and said hello, please...

Location: Its at the far end of the beach so basically only few shops here. But if you want a quiet location this place is good for you. But this is near to the hospital and the short cut to Dalum Bay just at Fishermans Place that is more quiet and with very few people who swim. Just follow the...

Dirty, the rooms were not cleaned for the three days that we where there, no clean towels either !. Even when the rubbish bin was left outside, it was not removed !The path up to the porch was...

Having been to Phi Phi on quite a few occasions this has got to be the worst accommodation we have stayed in and by no means one of the cheapest. We booked a deluxe bungalow and from the moment we arrived and showed our booking form to a young man in a make shift area they called reception, there seemed...

This hotel is high not recommended. I stayed here in november 2010 and i dont know where to start. Firstly, when paying 1,600 BHT you expect a decent place. When i called to make a reservation the manager promised me a sea view (just like the name suggests) however my bungalow was all the way at the back with not...

Very poor experience in this hotel from start to finish. When we checked in we had no print offs to prove we booked the room online over two months ago. The people on reception had very bad communication skills and convayed that they didn't have our booking. There are no internet facilities so we had to walk all the way...
