Of all the places we stayed at in Thailand, this was not only the worst but also the most expensive. More than double!! Plus, you have to pay 40 baht to sit on their dilapidated old beach chairs. If only they used all the money they are raking in to improve this dump!! As you arrive, you are led to...

I hate reading reviews that moan about the size of windows, the internet access and the fact that the television in the room didn't have English speaking channels. This review will not moan about any of the above, I will just be conveying the sheer unhygienic, unfriendly and disgusting state of our beach bungalow. The pictures look amazing, do not...

We had the bad idea to book the sand sea view from the shuttle Phuket / Koh Phi Phi (Phi Phi Cruiser) and already we have been ripped off: after paying 1000 Baht deposit in the boat, we learn that our deposit has no value and we had to pay at the hotel the entire amount. We will never know...

I was lucky enough to get one of the bungalows that was right next to the beach, where the view was very good. That is where the good points end. The check in desk is in an outdoor space which is generally unmanned, so if you have any queries it is difficult to find anyone. The room itself was not...

Never, ever stay here. It is by far the most horrendous place I have ever set foot in. The staff are disgusting at best, stay away if you know what's good for you! I was after a budget place to stay, I would rather have slept on the beach.

After pre-booking a 'Deluxe' Room over 6 months ago, my fiance and I recently visited the Sand Sea View resort. After arriving off the boat at the pier, I was excited to see a number of welcome signs from various hotels with staff present to help everyone with their luggage. After scouting the various helpers I was disappointed to realise...

I would recommend avoiding the Sand Sea view at all cost's, this however is to be ignored if you enjoy having cockroaches constantly climbing up the sink plug hole, a room that is modelled on a prison cell and bed linen that consists of a beach towel, promised a sea view resulting in the view of the reception area which...

service in one word - crap receptionist rude. expensive for what we paid for - a deluxe bungalow - more like a service hut. standard rooms are worse, no air conditioning. we only stayed one night, and was back in Phuket the next day. restaurant - Fatima - we were standing there for a while before we were served. And...

I read the reviews on here before hand but we were kind of in a rut to find somewhere so I booked anyway because Mamma's had no rooms available... In my opinion overpriced... The rooms are very basic and while we had one of the hot water bungalows on the beach the water pressure was TERRIBLE. yes it's true they...

These beach huts could not be in a better location the are looking over Tonsai Bay which is stunning. The huts are very basic with limited space for cases/backpacks and the bathroom is a tiny wet but does the job! I would recommend that you upgrade to a room with Air Con as the celing fan does nothing but cirulate...
