Located on beautiful Long Beach a short long tail ride from Tonsai arrange with the resort for free transfers . The white sand and clear water is perfect for swimming and sunbathing . There is a restaurant, bar and minimart here . We stayed in K1 bungalow with a sea view it was perfect !
The location of these bungalows is perfect. Long Beach is one of the prettiest and quietest beaches on Phi Phi and even if there are quiet a few day-trippers, they usually leave by sunset. The accommodation is a touch dated and could do with some tlc, but this adds to its charm. The restaurant is excellent and good value and I warmly recommend their massage services. With just a 20 minute walk to Tonsai Bay and resident monkeys for daily entertainment, I couldn't recommend it more.
Not a bad place, rooms a bit dark and dingy. Nice view over beach NOTHING to do here in the evening absolutely NOTHING ! Would I stay here again or recommend this place ? Sorry no ! You can find much better than this for the money on Phi Phi ( been coming here over 25 years now ) stayed on Long beach once before …a long time ago vague memories of it being boring after dark …..which I had acted more on those memories it is absolutely dull as can be after dark …,better to stay near Tonsai and just get long tails here and back daily . The convenience of staying right on the beach is not worth it and there is no exclusivity anyway as all the boats are constantly coming and going in large numbers. Wi-Fi is crap and only ONE channel worked on my TV. Never again
Very beautiful bungalow, peaceful for and very safe Clean room, excellent choice of breakfast, cleaners did the room everyday, nice location beautiful which is situated on crystal clear white sandy beach, great food, very helpful stuffs, we had a brilliant holiday!!!!!!!!!
Asked them for a dish off the money and it was delicious along with a top class Tom Yum. We requested it spicy and it sure was! Really chilled location right by the beach and looks family friendly. The pictures don't do it justice and hence wasn't in our consideration for stay, would definitely look at it if we visit next time.
Great value hotel right on Long Beach. We had Bungalow P1 which was steps away from the beach. Bathroom was dated but large and clean with decent shower. Triple room was huge and furnished in Thai style with carved dark wood and tiled floor. Not modern but attractive, very clean and comfortable. Restaurant was very good, nicely styled with varnished rustic wood and nice lighting, good food,l and also right on the beachfront. Convenience store just behind it. Well maintained, attractive hotel with attention to detail and Amy in front desk was particularly helpful. We only stayed one night as I found the almost constant noise from the long tail and speedboats too much - a real shame as otherwise the beach is lovely. Maybe I was unlucky with the timing (just before Songkran) .
Stayed here Jan 2022. Is on long Beach which is a short Longtail boat trip from the main pier and town. Definitely where you want to stay if youd like a more secluded and relaxing vibe than the busier tongsai town area and Loh Dolum Bay. Crystal clear water and white sand beach. Bungalows and the reception and restaurant are right on the beach. Staff were very good. Bungalows are little older but well kept and maintained. Only real issue was the taxi boats coming back from town a little later at night as they doubled the price. Otherwise would highly recommend staying here. My price limit would be 2000 per night, no higher.
We were staying right next door and didn’t want to always head into Tonsai to eat. And wow am I glad we tried this place. We were so impressed after the first night of eating here (we had the paneng and massuman curries which were delicious, followed by the best ever banana fritters) that we came back a second and a third time! Other highlight dishes were; chicken pad Thai (ask for the chilli tray to pimp it up and make it even better!) and the chicken and cashew nuts. Definitely worth a visit.
Our first night we had issues with sewer gas coming from bathroom drains. They kindly upgraded us to a newer bungalow. Very spacious and clean Nice patio with our own lounge chairs. Breakfast was good, lots of places down beach to eat too. Beach was amazing, good snorkel off to left side of beach. Would recommend but only newer bungalows
The experience we had match the the name - paradise pearl! Most amazing place we've been to. First of all the beach... is just magical, cristal clear water, no waves, stunning view, nice snorkeling, small amount of people even on January. We booked P1 and P2 beach front bungalows for 2 families with 2 small kids each.. It wad practical on the beach itself, we woke up in a dream each day. The resort is so beautiful with many verios trees and plants, that make you feel like a jungle. The logistics are much simpler then we anticipated - hotels restaurant (on the amazing beac) was brilliant - every thia or western dish was amazingly tasty (more than 5 stars resorts we've visited after) and very cheap! The supermarket had all basic stuff you could need, and hotel provided cheap laundry services for 80 bhat per kilo. So - you don't have to go on Longtail boat to the main beach (which also pretty simple) The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We were sad to leave, and hope to go back some day..…
