I personally really liked this hotel and slept well while here. I had a groun floor room with pool which they upgraded for my husbands 40th birthday. The pool wasn't in the sun but that was okay as we went around the main pool while not exploring. Location is fa tantastic. Its far away enough not to here the party's on the beach. You can go wild or have a relaxing night in phi phi. Walked to the view point which was lovely and had some great food near by. For Thailand I think this hotel is a really good option.
Branded as luxury hotel, but far away from 4 star hotel experiment expect the price of the the stay. In pictures the hotel looks nice, but reality is a bit different. Everyting is out dated and you don’t even want to use the pool which have warning that your hair may get dyed. Breakfast was nothing to tell about. Something good: air conditioning was warking and the room was clean.
I was optimistic after reading the reviews but I don't know what there on about. This was one of my best hotels during my 3 week holiday staying at multiple destinations and was sad to leave after a 3 night stay. Yes the beds are hard but we where are they not in this part of the world. The staff are lovely and helpful and the room is clean. Location great. The pool bar was closed but I saw this as a positive because you can then bring your own drinks. I had a room with a swim up pool. Room was big with good shower and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Food markets are great and the fireshows are very entertaining. Don't hesitate to book, you will have a great time 👍🌅
Omg the most worth experience in hotel ever. No have good stream in shower and super dirty everywhere even the floor, i will never never come back and warning all my friends about this hotel in my life
Had a 2 night stay in phi phi Harbour hotel was amazing We arrived early, staff were so welcoming, friendly and happy to help, we checked in early our rooms were lovely clean and modern Situated right where the ferries come in just a 2 minute walk Can’t recommend this hotel enough
It could be one of the worse hotels I have stayed in in Thailand. The hotel is very outdated and does not deserve 4 stars. The furniture is old, damaged and does not serve its purpose. The air conditioner is loud and produces bad moldy smell. The bathroom is also outdated and dirty. The chrome parts of the equipment have not had a shine for a long time. The faucet at the sink is difficult to open. The water pressure is poor due to a clogged filter on the faucet. It is the same with the shower head, which was replaced when I complained at the reception. The rain shower is also clogged and completely covered in the mold. The curtain is dirty and rusty. The towels supposed to be white, but they probably haven't been for a long time. They are not white but gray with residual stains that cannot be removed by washing. The pools are fine, but poorly maintained. I got injured because one of the steps on the ladder for a swimming pool was damaged. All I can praise is the staff, who are friendly and ready to help. Unfortunately, there's not much they can do, as I said before, the hotel needs the whole renovation. Breakfast was average, but still good. I like the location of the restaurant which is opposite the beach. Phi Phi Island is not as I remembered it a few years ago. The island is drowning in garbage and filth. A real shame for an island that could shine in beauty. I hope it's not too late to save such a beautiful island.…
This is a nice, spacious hotel in great location (literary 1 minute walk from the Pier, and in midst of hustle and bustle of Phi Phi)! What brings it down is a general relaxed attitude of its management, which results in quite poor cleaning and general upkeep of the hotel. We had interconnecting rooms, which were very spacious, but very superficially cleaned. There were poo stains on the side of the toilet bowl, dust in all corners, stained mirrors and bathroom vanity unit. If these problems are sorted, I would not hesitate to give this hotel 5 stars!
Just returned to Bangkok after a fantastic 7 nights at the Harbour View. I cannot fault our stay. The hotel is ideally located, just a very short distance from the pier, Ton Sai Beach & all the shops, restraunts & bars. Loh Dalum Beach is directly to the rear of the hotel & the section of beach is cleaned of any litter by the hotel staff each morning. The hotel reception are very welcoming & always available to help with any questions. Our room was on the first floor. The room was a very good size with a double & single bed. Very clean, the towels & bed sheets were changed daily. Toiletries in the bathroom replenished daily & tea, coffee & water all replenished daily. There's a good sized balcony over looking the pool. There was a very good selection of food available for breakfast. If you like the party scene then just a 5 minute walk along Loh Dalum beach you'll come to the Ibiza Hostel, Slinky's etc. If you want a quiet evening relaxing on the balcony don't worry, you can barely hear the music from the bars at the other end of Loh Dalum beach & it won't disturb you at all. This hotel is ideal for families, couples & singles. Really honestly cannot fault it.…
I had seen in prior reviews that the beds were hard and thought people must mean “firm.” Sadly, the beds are in fact rock hard. Meaning there is literally no give at all. They feel like a stone surface and are akin to sleeping directly on the floor. I cannot emphasize enough that there is absolutely no softness. I called to ask for extra pillows to try to make it more bearable and was told that we couldn’t have more pillows because we were only 2 people and they didn’t “have enough.” After our first sleepless night, we sought out another hotel but due to Songkran everything was booked. We ultimately decided to leave Phi Phi all together because the prospect of another sleepless night was unbearable. Our room also had quite a few mosquitos IN it and we couldn’t sort out where they were coming from. Everything smelled like mold. And lastly, we booked a room with pool access which in theory is a great idea. However, the pool is about 5 feet deep and there’s no way to get in and/or out of the pool (like ladders or steps of any kind) so it’s not practical at all. Super bummed all around.…
Stayed here for 5 nights in Feb ‘22 but loved it (and Phi Phi generally) so much that we booked an extra 2 nights, so 7 nights in the end. 4 of us adults had 2 adjoining rooms on the first floor which was a good choice rather than on pool level. The rooms were modern and spacious but all rooms face the rooms on the opposite block so curtains had to be pulled frequently for full privacy. The gym had the best view across the bay but could really benefit from an air conditioning unit. Staff were brilliant and breakfast on the beach restaurant was surreal. The hotel is a great central location and if we ever come back to Phi Phi, it will be at the top of our list.
