I spent 4 nights here when I first arrived in Koh Phangan last month and found the 1 Boutique Hotel to be a great spot to base myself! I stayed for 4 nights and found the location was perfect as it allowed me to familiarise myself with the area quickly and easily. The room was great, very clean and an...

I arrived Koh Phangan at six thirty pm by ferry. The owner (i think), took me from the pier without additional charge. She was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself located only 5 minutes from Thongsala pier and opposite Tescolotus store which is really convenience for me. Bed is softly. Clean. Good wifi. Hot water. Aircon. You don't need...

The moment we stepped in the hotel, we were greeted with the sincere smile by the owner. She tried to help us carrying our luggage to the 2nd floor which is great. To me, traveling is not only going places but meeting people. If you would like to know more about Thailand, just drop in to the hotel small yet...

My stay at The 1 Boutique started off poorly. Agoda had not sent the hotel our booking but we were lucky there was a room available. The woman at reception was very helpful from the start. Even though our booking had not gone through, she checked us in, showed us to our room and left us so she could go...

Stayed here for 1 night before early morning ferry ride. Great location, across the street from a tesco and a very short walk to the night food market. Less than 10 minutes walk to the pier. The room we stayed in was small but felt luxury compared to the beachside places we have stayed on the island. The room had...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in February. We had a good stay at the 1 boutique hotel. The lady's running the hotel were very friendly, and it was a sweet looking hotel. The room was good. Big TV, fridge and an adequate size, although there was an odd side door that didn't close properly. The location...

We stayed for a night before taking the 07:00 ferry (guess that's the only reason to stay in ThongSala). There are hotels user to the pier, but this was close enough (under 10 min walk) And it was perfect. It is also just a couple of minutes from the food market and just across Tesco lotus supermarket. The hotel is...

Arrived with our booking details ready to check in and were told we had to pay for 2 rooms even though we had cancelled the second room on 22 June 2014. The staff were not very helpful or either was booking.com when we spoke to them from the foyer. The staff told us that they would have to pay the...

Dear Guest, Sorry for disappointing you on your stay. When you arrived at the hotel you showed us the booking details. You booked 2 rooms under the same booking ID. You wanted to cancel 1 room and keep the other one. Then the receptionist asked you which room did you want to keep and which room did you want to...

“All rooms are similar as far as I know, just don't expect the tranquility of an isolated beachside hideaway, like others appear to have!”

“There is no lift so we would suggest to make sure you have the first floor and you can leave via an outside staircase which is quite handy.”
