We stayed here for 5 nights in December 2012. The bungalows are clean, stylish and comfortable. The beach is very nice although you can't swim there when it's low tide. The restaurant is offering excellent food but the best about fisherman's cottage is Kun and his very kind team. They deeply care for their guests and do their very best...

We happened upon Fisherman's Cottage almost by accident but it was one of the best moments of our entire holiday. The Cottage is situated on Khlong Khong beach in Koh Lanta island - a beach full of rasta bars, hammocks and a very laid-back vibe. There are just 10 bungalows in the Cottage, all of them lovingly named after sea...

My girlfriend and I we arrived at Fisherman's in a rainy day after travelling for weeks by buses and train all over north Thailand. We had easilly booked two days before only basing on tripadvisor just with a phone call. On the road to Fisherman's we saw lot of so called "luxury resort" but Fisherman's beats them all! It's written "bungalow...

...my Sole would always be at rest here with the 'boys'; Kun, Kun's Dad, Pon, Lap (employee of the month :-), Lam and Jae. My mate Laz came 3 years ago and raved about it but within 5 minutes of arriving I realised words can't do justice to the place or the boys...I think they were worried when they kept...

I can not recommend this place highly enough. I read another person's review on tripadvisor as my girlfriend and i were travelling across from Phi Phi and had no place booked. We arrived and were greeted by the chilled and pleasant owners i have known. The place is set off the main road and runs straight on to the beach...

FISHERMANS COTTAGE! We had a great time here, and it was the only place we chose to stay more than two nights....

Stayed for 5 nights and thought it was a great property with a simple and lovely style to it. The grounds look great, the bungalows are nice with fun bathrooms and the guys who run the place are extremely friendly. The big downside to this otherwise outstanding spot is that the bar next door has loud live outdoor music until...

Well hidden behind huge palms and away from farang routes. Incredible service, one of the nicest persons met in Thailand - the owner of the place. Nice downtempo, lounge music in the bar, relaxing and watching the sunset sipping on the cocktail - a perfect holiday, off the popular track. Planned two days, stayed all five. Try the food -...

Fishermans cottages are pretty and quirky, but they are concrete render, dark inside, and bamboo roof. Cold shower and very airy,so mozzie net (included) needed. BUT - as per website so as expected and okay for price paid. Staff friendly and food good. Beach okay (not great) and a nice chilled place to be. Only complaints are that it was...

My girlfriend and i were told about Fisherman's Cottage by a friend who had stayed there. As we didn't have any other accommodation sorted we decided to give it a go, called them and booked a room. It was the best call i've EVER made as this little gem is paradise! Like many others, we were only supposed to be...
