We loved our time spend in this place! The owner family and stuff was really nice and helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean, good A/C,room service perfect! Great comfort for that price. We had a nice view to the garden and beach, which is only few steps far. Also 7eleven supermarket and delicious streetfood is nearby. You can hire scooter or arrange great...

Baan Rabieng has a great location where it is 1 minute away from beach. And it's 1 minute walk to 711 convenient store and other different stores which made my vocation really awesome. Highly recommend to other travellers. I spent 200 bahts to rend the motorcycle for a whole day from there receptionist and ride it to travel the whole...

We stayed 5 nights in a superior room with a bath tup. These are our pros and cons for paying 2500 bath/night. Pros: - close to a very nice and clean beach - high speed wifi (we could see Netflix, almost without interruptions!) - microwave - a relatively clean and quiet place Cons: - no hot water (and no water...

We stayed there for three days over new year and it was great for us. The room was spacious, clean and located just metres from the beach. There are plenty of eating and drinking options all the beach, plus 7/11 and pharmacy within a few minutes walk. Hotel staff were v. friendly and certainly helped us get the most out...

Baan Rabieng itself is a solid building, 50 m from Andanam Sea only. The rooms itself are nice, modern and oriented to the Khlong Nin, the best beach in Ko Lanta speaking of atmosfere and options for many activities. The main problem is proximity of nearest mosque (50 m, too), where the prayers are starting at 6 AM with really...

Positive: The bungalow is 50 m from the beach. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a fridge and TV. They provide free bottled water 0.5 liters per person per day. Close to grocery shop and street full of restaurants. Negative: When we arrived (7pm) so the room was not ready, man from the front desk was very unpleasant, auditioned with...

We've stayed at this place in January 2014. First of all don't let fool yourself by fancy pictures on hotel website! There is another property between hotel and the beach. Hotel is standing right next to small stinky river less than 100ft (20 meters) . When we've been walking back on the evening we've seen huge rats walking around. Hotel...

We stayed at Baan Rabieng in March, whilst I was quite impressed with the accommodation on arrival (Room B02) it was not the most enjoyable experience. We travelled with a group and the other two parties to our group stayed elsewhere and had better experiences. On arrival the room was very well appointed and the water ran clear for the...

I stayed at baan rabieng last month. Good thing is you can rent a motorbike and go around and the room is not bad. Bad things are the dirty towels and the fact that with half of the price u can get a similar room in a guest house! Will not come back at this hotel. Good thing was that...
