Nice little resort located a couple of minutes from the beach, it is a little run down in places but everything still works. The lady who works in the reception was very nice and friendly, and there is a selection of restaurants nearby. Had no problems with noise while staying there. The bed was okay, or maybe I have just... More

We loved our stay here. We got the cheapest room available. Only intended to stay a couple of nights but ended up staying for over a week. Had to upgrade rooms though as bugs etc could get into the bungalow. The next room up however was so comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Free water. Really good location... More

We weren't expecting much for the very low price but boy were we surprised. Rik and his gorgeous wife are some of the nicest most helpful people we met on our whole trip. They upgraded us to an air conditioned room because of an agoda mix up that wasn't their fault. Nothing is too much trouble. The bungalows are simple... More

You should definitely stay here if you want to be a few steps away from long beach. Great beach and many relaxing spot. The bungalows are a bit poor,...and not to clean. Especially the bathroom! The bed is Thai style: very hard. The bungalows are old as well but for 800tbh in November it fits it's purpose.... The staff is... More

A nice place. Friendly staff. Don't let the entrance from the main road fool you. The hotel/bungalow area is very nice. Bamboo bungalow, fan, not to hot. Some of the girls in the reception speaks very good English. You must rent a motorbike to get around on the island

We stayed 4 nights at the beach bungalows. We loved our stay. Bungalow has all you need, it is not fancy but it is only 500 bht/night and definatelly worth your money. Location is perfect, just couple metres to the beach and staff is very kind and helpful. I will go back someday.

Guys, I adore this place. I've stayed here twice now, once in 2013 for a few nights then again in 2015 for a week. Here's the thing: this is old school Lanta budget accommodation at its best. Booking online just means you're going to get ripped, so just get down to the backpacker village area, walk into reception, and pay... More

We initially booked for 4 nights and decided to stay another night which was not a problem with the owners. (we would have stayed longer if we had more time in Thailand). Don't be put off by the roadway into the complex it looks dirty and rundown but LD Lanta Bunglows share this entrance with numerous other backpacker type accords... More

+ Located close to the beach in the "Backpacker Village". - The bathroom is not a room, just a space separated from the beds with half a wall, not even going al the way up to the sealing. You flush the toiled with a bucked of water. The bathroom was grose, I didn´t wanna shower without flipflops. There where old... More

Stayed 3 nights in a room with fan. Double bed, bathroom and terrass with hammock. Excellent location with a few steps to reach the beach. Close to restaurants, yoga and diving centre. Friendly staff who are keen on helping you out. However you have to ask them to clean the room if you need it.
