My girlfriend and I stayed at Banana Garden Home for a week in January 2014 and then again in 2015 as part of a 3 week holiday around Thailand. We originally booked based on the strength of the Tripadvisor reviews as it matched exactly what we were looking for - cheap 'on the beach' accommodation without the horror stories we...

Have booked a bungalow at Banana Garden based on the reviews and I must say that our stay has reached expectations. Despite it was not crowded - low season - the staff got totally involved and helpful to make our stay as great as possible. We've even been invited to a post wedding ceremony of the Banana Garden's manager. Nice...

This has been the best hotel during our whole time in Thailand! We were in the new Banana Garden Resort, not the old one. The personnel were lovely, the rooms clean and spacious, and breakfast we delicious!

This is a Beautiful place, lovely staff and great accommodation and atmosphere. Loved the food and the beach. Big fridges in the Room and air con, comfy beds and chairs outside. Beach restaurant is a great setting and fantastic food. We Would definitely return here.

It is a good hotel, I traveled with 3 friends and stayed in a bungalow. They are ok, clean and with good A/C. Nothing very luxurious. Food at the restaurant is cheap and tasty. WiFi works ok, and the staff is really good. They do offer scooter rental at the front desk and you can book many kind of tours...

We stayed at Banana Garden during Christmas and selected the place based on the raving reviews. Although the staff, were friendly, i realised it wasn't were we were after. Despite booking at least 6 months in advance and confirming it prior to our visit, we were told by Oil that our room which we booked for 3 nights, will only...

Stayed for a couple of days. Extremely friendly staff, picking you up from the ferry, organizing trips etc. Bungalows are well maintained, good equipped (AC, warm water), good food. Overall more for young families, probably not so much for single travellers, just to mention. Really enjoyed my stay.

We chose this place because of the Trip Advisor comments, and we were so grateful for them! We loved it. We couldn't have felt more welcome if we had been invited! The bungalows are everything you need with strong air con (you need it on, but it can get to the point where you are quite chilly at night -...

Well, here I am again, one year on, writing my second review for Banana Garden Home. This place is beyond words, it really is just a home away from home, the staff I would class as friends and family to me. The staff make this place a sublime place to stay! The rooms are clean, smell amazing, air con is...

“Ask for a bungalow along the inside avenue rather than on the entrance path as some people come bak late on mopeds and can disturb you”

“If you want quiet time in the morning, choose the chalets away from the kichen. We didn't mind it at all, but some who are easily awaken by the noise, might want more quiet room.”

“We rented the bungalow 5A, in front of the places of the staff, family bungalow for 4 persons in bamboo and must have paid extra, for the 4th person, for a made rusty iron stacked bed and of mattresses 2 cm thick were put down on a wooden plate. Mosquito nets with a hole, a net of water for the shower. The worst GH of our 15 days in Thailande.”
