Worst service . Rooms are not properly prepared. Complaint not attended even after 8 hours of check in. The man sitting at the reception does not know the wifi password. Never had such bad experience from a hotel claiming 3 star facility. Never recommend îthis to any one.

It was an amazing experience in C7. Sreekumar arranged the entire Kerala trip for us and we enjoyed our stay here thoroughly. The rooms are excellent with great views. The best part is the buffet breakfast which is extraordinary. The location is also bang on. It is very near to Munnar town but then it itself sits in a quiet...

The rooms are neat and beds were tidy. The bathrooms needs improvement and looks old. The one thing that I likes very much is the...

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Location is a plus point as it has got a very beautiful background with a tea estate in front of your balcony. Food was good. Staff was very organised and very co-operative.
