I arrived with out a reservation and two of the employees were helpful. I do speak Spanish (with an accent) but I was treated with politeness. It was clean and inviting. The food was good, but on the expensive side for Ecuador. The rooms were clean and neat. One of the reception staff was a little standoffish. But that was...

Centrally located traditional high rised hotel not too far (10 minutes) from city centre and railway station. You get what you expect from a straight forward modern hotel. Due to an early arousal to reach the Devil´s Nose train we did not try out breakfast facilities. Good functioning free internet.

Fine, if you do not have any emergencies that require phone service after 9pm. Night staff repeatedly hung up telephone while international phonecalls in progress. Calls were of emergency nature and nightstaff was very disrespectful to incomming callers by hanging up multiple calls in progress, putting on hold for long stretches then hanging up or refusing to transfer to room...

This hotel is ok if you stay in the main hotel section, but there is an older section that has very uncomfortable, closet-like rooms that go for the same price and are really undesireable. Tell them you want a room in the modern part of the hotel. When I was there, the phone was tied up for hours so no...

i stay at this hotel alot but the last 2 times i was there when i checked out i got a higher price then what i made my reservation for. the regular employee's are great. but management will try to take advantage of you if your american
