Guayaquil is the biggest city in Ecuador, there are several places to stay. We read good comments about this Hostel and we decided to stay for 2 nights. The rooms are decorated, spacious and with great views out of the city. The people are friendly and they offered us to drop us at the aiport for our flight back home...

Its not really a social hostel but you can still meet people. Its clean, good staff, fast internet and good breakfast. I slept in a dorm and it had airconditioning. At 8 in the morning I would wake up by the noise fron the kitchen. I recommend bringing earplugs.

Even though tourism is down after the earthquake Ricardo and crew have not lowered their professionalism nor service to adjust! Everything there is still high-quality, friendly and courteous as it's always been! It's also a great place to network with trekkers and travelers from around the world!

We loved the location - close to the Malecon promenade along the river - it seemed the whole city was out to enjoy it on the weekend. Nearby the park with land iguanas - how they get them to stay there in the middle of the city is a mystery. The place was very friendly, with funky decor and airconditioning...

Located right on malecon but not close to anything that's open when it's not business hours. Staff were very friendly, security seems good and kitchen amazing. 4 room dorm was a little smelly and the aircon wasn't working so it was very humid. We managed to get it turned on in the end thank goodness. Locker was small (byo lock...
