This is the best studio apartment we have stayed in. Beautifully colour co ordinated very clean and modern. On arrival the owner went through a local map pointing out the local points of interest he then carried our bags up to the studio apartment (there are no lifts so not for the less mobile). There is a small swimming pool...

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful owner who even carried our bags to our room. Very clean, well appointed room, with fridge and coffee maker. Location good,. Excellent value and I would love to go back.

Great location - 110 kunas taxi ride from Split airport, or much less if you take #37 bus. It is also a short walk to the old town touristy areas, with markets and bakeries close by. One thing to note is that the hotel has no elevator, and most of the rooms are on the 3rd floor. So be prepared...

We left Villa Maslina this morning having spent our last night in Dalmatia in Trogir - and we were so impressed with all aspects of the hotel. We had a genuinely warm welcome from the owner's delightful daughter who spoke excellent english. Very good location, close to oldtown. Family owned ,very very friendly hospitality. Clean rooms and coffee facility and fridge was clad to have. Would stay again! Some upgrade advise coul give, closet was small and only hanging space but still we managed. 😊

Very nice hotel and totally renovated for few years ago. Everything was clen and in good shape. OK, the furniture and the bathroom wasnt the highest class of furniture ,but clean and simpel . Everthings worked. The location is perfect for visiting the old town . and good resturant. When you shall go to the airport its just 10 minutes...

Stayed here one night whilst in Trogir. Location - great and central to the old town just a five minute walk across the road and bridge. Room - very pleasant and spacious with good air conditioning. Bed not so comfy and in need of a change in my opinion but everything else was fine. Plug socket at side of bed...

Excellent apartment. Family owned and run and were brilliant hosts. Clean comfortable rooms The apartment is just a short walk from the old town and is also close to the bus station, market and shops. Will stay again if the opportunity arises.

Very clean and beautiful apartment,owner is very friendly and professional.Only 5 minutes away from the city center, shops, markets, pharmacy,restaurants and caffe bars.We highly recommend it, it is a place that offers all for really reasonable price.
