Reception was pleasant. Rather small area so was crowded when a tour bus pulled up. Ended up in a small one bedroom - no view and bed was really hard - did not sleep well. Bathroom did not have shelving for toiletries, and no Kleenexes. Breakfast disappointing. It is within w
