I'll start with the good: the hotel has a good renovation, but the rooms are small, although, it's a 3 *. Comfortable bed, mattress. Very good location. From the negative: 1.First settled with the view "On park" Which represented a view of a parking with a lot of cars (200-300). There is no park! Changed after 2 days though. 2.The balcony was french, there was nothing for the drying at all, I had to get out (see picture) 3. The cleaning ladies are unfriendly, one of them began to be indignant when I asked to come in 10 minutes later. "It's so uncomfortable for her"... I've met such a thing for the first time in my life. 4. The biggest negative was caused by the dining room. The food is absolutely monotonous, the breakfasts are exactly the same. Nothing good for my taste. Chemical drinks... From the most important thing. With the beginning of dinner, there are such crowds in the dining room that it is simply scary. Is it really hard to put a hot, cold food, snacks and desserts in different places so that 200 people don't accumulate in one place during the coronavirus pandemic? If you come to the end of your breakfast or dinner, there is a lot you won't see. Everything normal is snapped up immediately. What's over is over. Your problems. The biggest shock was when the canteen staff lined up along with the guests to take a food! Question to the management - do you think this is normal? I have not seen this in any country of the world. Personally queued for food in line after the waiters! I was also amazed when at 9.45 I was waiting for a grilled ham, the chef grabbed everything that was fried into 1 plate and retired to the back room, leaving me to stand with empty plate... I am very glad that the waiters and chefs of the hotel eat well and can allow themself to eat during their working hours, but maybe it'd be better to wait for the guests to leave? 5. Also corridors A, B contain more than 20 rooms close and opposite each other, very noisy and crowded in the morning

Great hotel, we really enjoyed our 2 week stay here. We found all the staff to be friendly and the hotel to be clean and tidy. Always space around the pools and lots to do nearby. Special thanks to Dino and Igor who’s service through our time at the hotel was exceptional, always cheery and a credit to the hotel.

The overall hotel experience is just below average. The parking is absolute hell and it’s a disgrace that they charge for it. We have never been able to park there and still had to pay for it? Food is horrible, breakfast is very average but don’t take half board. The hotel is old and “fixed up” with a new paint coat but really it needs structural renovations. It does not live up to standards expected. Would recommend looking at valamar chain instead. For the price they charge you can have a WAY better offer anywhere else. The rooms are “OK” but again - it’s just not a three star hotel. There is no minibar available in the rooms, the room was “renovated” aka painted (although for some strange reason one wall was left in another color). The bathroom was clean but just weird. The sink came below waist level? And apparently budget was gone with the bathroom renovation since they kept the 1990 hairdryer….. anyways.

Pluses + Big, Nice 3 Star hotel + Big clean and Wide lobby + Nice design with big glass walls and Windows + 60mbps internet wifi free of charge but without security + Very good food at the restaurant with lots of dishes that were changed everyday + Big wardrobe with lot of shelves + Live music, games night, kids play, animation + Baby pool + Park for kids + Pool Minuses - Our room was near the kitchen ventilator that worked non-stop (noise) - The cleaning of our room was very poor; in our opinion the staff never vaccumed our room during our stay (8 days) the carpet in the common areas was vacuumed daily and was 10 times cleaner than the carpet in our room; the staff changed our towels and some parts of the bathroom, changed the sheets of the beds after 3 days and that was all; the door of one of the wardrobes had some liquids spots on it (and was left that way); the balcony door had a spider and a spiderweb on it (not cleaned for a looooong time) - After 6 days the bathroom drain started to smell in a bad way (in the seventh day the bad smell disappeared - In the last night our room lost electricity at about 10pm and it went back 10 minutes before the checkout, so we couldn't shower in the dark and without ventilator (not a very good think going on a 1000km road trip without a shower); i complained but the did nothing until 8 am (too late). All in all I would give an 8 out of 10 for this hotel. Maybe next time we will choose another one, like Molindrio where we stayed 3 years ago in the same area that is better, or Parentium.
