Christina & Dean are the perfect hosts in this small and pleasant hotel/guest house, nothing is too much trouble for either of them. It's in an idyllic setting with stunning views over the bay and a 5 min walk to it's beautiful harbors. Good sized bedrooms and is spotlessly clean. Christina & Dean provide a delicious cooked breakfast and an array of wonderful breakfast treats. We thoroughly recommend Castelletto as it's value for money, plus why pay more for a big hotel when you get 5 star treatment here. A+++++++

We booked this hotel at short notice for our first night before our12 day road trip. Booked directly with Casteletto and correspondence was quick and helpful. Lovely clean room with a balcony, comfortable bed. Hosts are super friendly and helpful, top marks. Free Parking was a bonus as we had a hire car and it's a short walk into the lovely centre of Cavtat. Great value for money, would definitely return.

We have just spent 8 nights here. We had a ground floor room with a garden terrace which was beautiful. We were actually offered a bigger room with a larger terrace but was more than happy with ours. The owners are so helpful and friendly they really go above and beyond to help and advise to get the best out of your stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is everything you need from hot food to fruit, cereal, cakes etc. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

There was good and bad with this property. On the bad side, when we arrived there was nobody at the reception and nobody would answer the phone or respond to texts. We waited almost an hour getting eaten by mosquitos before someone finally showed up to check us in along with a couple of other guests who were also waiting. This was despite the fact that we had provided our arrival time ahead of time and it had been confirmed by the booking representative. There are mosquitos all over the property, including in our room and in the common areas. The hotel is also right below the flight path for incoming planes so you can hear them as they fly over. We also saw a cockroach on the wall of our room. On the positive side the guy working the desk is pleasant and the property has some nice features such as a small pool, an above ground hot tub, and a small reading room with games and books. The breakfast was good and the airport transfer went smoothly with the free shuttle provided by the property. There is a small bar downstairs where you can get drinks on the honor system which was very nice. The town is waking distance down a pretty steep hill. There are lots of restaurants and some good walking areas. It appears that people go there to board their private yachts, so the people watching can be entertaining. There is also a very nice walking trail along the coast.

We have just returned from spending a lovely week at Casteletto, our room was lovely on the top floor with views out to Dubrovnik, it was quite large and very clean, the owners Christina and Dean were so friendly and very helpful, giving advice on the area and even printing off all our paperwork for the return flight, which we were very grateful for.the breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The hotel is small and friendly, with a plunge pool and sun beds, the walk into town takes 10 minutes, the walk back is uphill so a little longer. Cavtat is lovely with lots of restaurants and is lovely for watching the yachts pull in and out or sunbathing and swimming from the sun beds at the end of the town,, we would definitely return there
