I have coordinated several meetings at the Renaissance Ross Bridge and they are hands down the BEST place to hold a meeting. They have no equal in the Birmingham area or the southeast really. Their attention to detail is amazing!! Our team members might revolt if we moved our meetings away from Ross Bridge and I wholeheartedly agree. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are so comfortable. The food is absolutely delicious. The AV team really made our recently zoom meeting a breeze!!! On a scale of 1-10 they are a 50.

This Hotel is stunning, the exterior is a castle and the whole weekend we felt like royalty. The front desk staff were really friendly and answered our millions of questions of things to do in the area. The pool at this hotel is beautiful, the greenery and decor make for a relaxing day and the drinks were made perfectly. We also loved the live music at the hotels lobby bar at night. The only thing we wish that could have been better was room service in the morning, the portions were small and my bagel was cold and didn’t come with jam or butter. But overall we loved staying here and highly recommend.

I have tried for 2 days to make rsvps and have set on hold for hours!!! I want to just use my gift cert and do a stay/spa and can't even do that! NO ONE can help me!!! Really?

I had high expectations so I splurged and used a lot of points for a one night stay with my wife. The front desk personnel were friendly. However after parking I quickly realized that to get our luggage to the room (nobody offered to help) I had to push the bags up a hill (there was a sidewalk but no ramp so I had to push them on the road). Later I discovered on my own that there is a parking level entrance to the conference part of the hotel then you can take an elevator up then go over about 500 feet to the front desk area. Then I walked up to the elevator to push the button and one of the workers opened the door and started cleaning inside it so I couldn’t use the elevator until he finished. I guess I would have thought in a hotel that costs this much there would be much better service. We had a balcony room but the balcony just looked out on a parking lot so it wasn’t a feature we were going to enjoy. The room was fine but it had adjoining doors to another room which I hate. I wouldn’t stay here again. Definitely not worth the price.

Room Tip: Use the lower level entrance so you don’t have to schlep your bags on a road and up a hill.

This hotel was not appropriate for business travel; loud neighbors with paper thin walls; excessive marijuana use; food/room service mediocre. I could NOT get transportation from the resort to the airport for an early flight. What kind of hotel of this scale doesn’t have a car or access to to a taxi? Never again….
