Decided to take my little girl to Ross Bridge to celebrate the end of the school year. We have been here a few times before and always enjoy it. My daughter absolutely loves the outdoor pool and slide. We also enjoy being able to get room service and just relax in our room. But....it would be a lot more relaxing...

My wife and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at this hotel because it was on our way home from our daughter's house. Well, it was much more than just "on the way." The suite was great. On the corner of the top floor with a great view of the golf course and the pool area. Large and comfortable. The...

I would love Marriott Hotels to be a bit more "jazzy" in decor and accoutrements. There's a certain sameness to many of their hotels. Ross Bridge has architectural appeal, a really nice pool area but appears pretty average inside. Yes it's comfortable but conservative. We had dinner in the Clubhouse restaurant and that was a mediocre meal. I would like...

I have more good than bad to say. However, I am going to start with the bad. When I travel, I do not pack shaving cream because I do not like to check my luggage and TSA does not like me to use the big shaving cream cans. The resort had no shaving cream, even for sell. There is no...

We enjoyed our stay, food in the restaurants was good and the golf was very good. Mgmt didn't share with us that there was a free dinner one night, would have been nice to know. Usually Marriotts communicate very well with patrons, must have slipped thru.

Great first impression of the hotel and grounds with large trees, golf course and surroundings. Hotel seems dated with what felt like an 80s decor. Hallway carpet to rooms filthy. Room comfortable with great balcony and view of large pool. Bathroom dated and grungy. First night went to bar for a quick, late dinner. Service was excellent. Stayed for 3...

We recently stayed at Ross Bridge for a 2 night stay. If you have not been there, this is a beautiful property with excellent amenities. Our room was spacious with excellent beds. The service was great. The staff were very friendly whether it be housekeeping, the front desk or bell men. My wife especially enjoys a leisure breakfast sitting outside...

The resort is lovely, the rooms great, the staff for the most part very, very slow. Some were friendly but not always helpful. The breakfast buffet, though delicious was completely understaffed. The fine dining restaurant was closed Sunday AND Monday. We went for golf. Because of rain, the course was path cart only, which was impossible because it is all...

We stayed here for an extra night so that we could take advantage of the amenities and take a day off from golfing the Trail. Unfortunately the weather was too cool and windy to enjoy the beautiful pool area, but we did have great massages at the spa. Our choice of days to stay was unfortunate as there were limited...

We stayed here for our honeymoon weekend after our wedding. We are taking another trip later that is longer, but this was a perfect 2 day weekend for our first nights! The resort is superb, the staff is top quality and the food at the restaurants is very good too. We definitely will be coming back for some birthdays and...
