La Villa is a very nice restored french colonial house. We had a wonderful honeymoon stay. We were informed by the Management about construction next door. The pool is very nice and the garden very interesting for taking pictures. Thank you to all staff and Monika & Stéphane for this pleasnt stay. We will definitly recommend this Hotel in Battambang.

We stayed at La Villa a couple of weeks ago. There is construction next door which did create noise during the day but for the most part we weren't around. It is a very nice hotel and we did receive wonderful service unlike some other reviews. I do recommend that you stay here when in Battambang.

Seeing this beautifully restored villa ruined by it's surroundings is heartbreaking. There's a big building going up right next door, once the construction noise is finished, you'll have people staring right into the hotel. On the other side is a metal shop - welding and saws all day long. In the back is a Karaoke place. Really unpleasant noise pollution....

We booked out 6 rooms and basically booked out the hotel. This hotel is one of the nicest I have come across, however the service from the French Manager was atrocious. We were hanging out in one of the rooms and 2 guys were sitting on a wooden chair. Suddenly, the chair gave way and the boys ended up hurting...

We booked this place for 3 nights on the positivity of reviews here, but were left quite underwhelmed by the experience. Value for money, compared with what you get elsewhere in cambodia, this place just didn't cut the mustard. We got off to a bad start- the rather grumpy French owner got a bit funny when he found out i...

We booked this over a year in advance, and still got the worst room in the hotel. It was on the ground floor, opening STRAIGHT into the bar/reception area. The view was of the wall and air conditioning unit of the building next door, about five feet away. We had to keep the shutters closed because hotel staff kept walking...

If your budget stretches to $60+ per night then La Villa is unquestionably the only place to stay in Battambang. This lovingly restored French colonial villa is truly beautiful. It's like stepping into a different era and gives a glimpse of what Battambang might have looked like during French occupation. However, it also is a reminder what would be possible...

arguably one of the best hotels i've stayed at. value for money is crazy. sure, it's a bit expensive by cambodian standards, but think what you'd pay anywhere else. very friendly and helpful staff. we stayed at the room in front, which i think isn't even one of their nicer rooms, and it was still great. lovely calm pool in...

We stayed at the La Villa for just one night in June and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was just right-Battambang as a city is easilly accessed from La Villa and we had no problems getting our Tuk Tuk driver to locate it. We had stayed in 3 B&Bs/boutique hotels in Phnom Penh & Siem Reap respectively, and we'd...

Beautiful place, decorated with exquisite taste and managed with care and focused completely on customer service. Very good value for money, compare with the average of quality and service of other guesthouses in Cabodia. Also a very nice restaurant, I had one of the best diners of my travel (and I have been travelling for 8 months). The best place...
