This is a very well outfitted hotel. Beautiful rooms and beautiful views. I was fortunate enough to get access to the club level and enjoyed the snacks and drinks (open bar!). I highly recommend staying here for business.
This hotel has the best front desk staff! Gustavo, Guilerme & Richard we’re so helpful as we were new to the country & not familiar with the language. They went above & beyond to help us. We had a very comfortable stay here. The breakfast (great customer service there too) and lounge had a variety of good food options. Lots of fresh fruit juices, omelette station, cold cuts & a variety of breads. The gym is well equipped with many machines to choose from.
I really liked the restaurant canvas where great suggestions from the waiter marcos, excellent location, very comfortable, fast internet, great treatment, we brought back great memories, we will be back next year

I’m moving to another country, and staying at the hilton always gives us the certainty that everything will work as is supposed too. My son is always the first to say “that can we stay at the hotel with the pool, with my room and where people are nice”, I laugh and say you mean Hilton at Morumbi? He says YES that one. Thank you Hilton family for an splendid job, me and my family always feel welcome with you. Ps: Special thanks to Patricio, Souza, the restaurant staff and the front desk ladies they were very nice with my son and that is why he (and me) always pick you !
One of the best in the world! From the service at check in to the service in the executive lounge our family of five LOVED our two night stay and did not have one complaint! The location is great for exploring São Paulo. The view from the executive lounge and the gym has everything you could want & more!
Stayed here for 2 nights. Overall it was an okay stay. Great welcome host to check in. As a diamond member..I had an upgraded room with view of the the bridge. Executive room had great space and not bad food selection. A couple of real disappointments..there was no nespresso type or any coffee machine in the room Because I had a very early flight..I was not able to use the benefit for breakfast in the restaurant as a diamond member. I thought I had worked out the night before with the manager to have breakfast provided early in the morning and still be able to use a diamond member benefit. To my surprise I was charged for breakfast because it was ‘room service.’ I really think the hotel should relook at this policy and be flexible for its guest Not sure if I would stay here again.…
Great food. Outstanding service from Rodrigo and Isaac. Isaac is the maitre de and checked in on me three times during service. Rodrigo is the server and was attentive without being too attentive. Fast, competent service. Good food.
Hilton Morumbi sort of became my Go To or first refusal hotel in São Paulo. It’s got everything you need, Morumbi location is decent, good rooms, bar, cafe and executive floor. It’s a bit big box sterile and not too charming but staff are good, the rooms are good, the Exec Floor is good with a nice view, the bar and cafe are good and location is ok - walking distance to a few places, cab rides into Jardin, etc. Hilton Morumbi is always on my list for São Paulo stays but it was fully booked (Brazil Grand Prix) when I returned to São Paulo a short while later so I have another São Paulo hotel review to write later on
The best hotel to stay in Sao Paulo, very well located and gentle staff. I strongly recommend the stay here. Not to mention the pool on the rooftop, and the gym which is very well equipped and instructors available. Front desk personnel was very kind and dif a great job futiing check in and aldo on check oit.
