Clean rooms, although house keeping was always late. We were there for 10 days, but only asked for our room to be cleaned thrice. We stayed there in June, my husband and I. None of the staff spoke English, the reception is quite small for the size of the hotel. Only one staff at the reception was friendly, she assisted us in printing some important documents for free. We had breakfast only once, because we thought it was too expensive when we could actually buy stuff from the neighbourhood supermarket. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance, we had to get an uber everytime we needed to sit out in a bar. Overall, it was ok not fancy.
We booked two nights at this hotel. Beds are very comfortable. The food was very nice.the service was excellent and the room was very clean and We enjoyed the lovely swimming pool. I recommend this hotel
This is a very reasonably priced hotel, with very decent breakfasts, including some gluten free options. The rooms are spacious, but I had no kettle or water. However the bathroom was fully disabled accessible, with shower chair, rails etc. DON’T put your loo paper in the toilet however, yes the bin provided (gross) or just do your business and get straight under the shower. There is a shuttle to the underground, which is very helpful, as the streets are steep. I would stay again.
The location is not the best, but good. The hotel's free shuttle service to the nearest subway station and to the shopping mall makes it easy to get out and back. The rooms are very sterile, minimalist, and the bathrooms are tiny, but are in line with the price. The insulation needs improvement, you can hear everything what your neighbors say, lucky us we did not understand Portuguese, and hoped they did not know English. The indoor-outdoor breakfast area/restaurant is very pleasant. Unfortunately the staff does not speak any foreign languages, sometimes that made the communication difficult or outright impossible. The breakfast menu choices were OK, but the dinner was excellent. The pool looks good, since it is not heated only few guests dared to dive in. The desk staff was always busy (obviously it's a popular hotel) they still managed to take care of everyone. The two ladies, who spoke English were extremely kind and helpful! It is a mixed bag, but overall we had pleasant stay, and would return to this hotel in the future.…
Only 1 sunbed for entire hotel. Sauna use not permitted until afternoon. I found this odd as people on holiday like to work out and use sauna at all hours. Rooms are great and gym facilities are fantastic.
The price was very nice. The hotel includes a pool, sauna, restaurant and etc... Everything was very clean and nice. They provide a free transfer to the closest subway s station and to a Mall that is close to the hotel. With us the staff was very nice and polite.
Hotel and facilities are ok for the price. The big problem is the arrogant behavior of the staff at the reception which apparently have this idiot manager who never show up to solve problem. They played smart on me and did not included the breakfast on my rate. If you want t use sauna, forget it. One is broken and the other one they decided when you can use it. I waited for more than 30 min for someone to come to turn it on , but nobody showed off. When I pointed it out they attack me saying it opens after 5 pm. It does not matter if I used it the morning the day before. Money here don't buy what u pay for. It is the idiot manager who decide when u can have sauna. 2 more problem. 1.The rooms are so noise. U can hear everything. If u have children they will have fun t hear people having sex in other rooms. 2. Elevators are not set up well. It will take you so long to go to one floor to another. I attach a pic just to prove my staying.…
Good hotel voor a reasonable price. Clean rooms. Car / valet service. Clean rooms, perhaps a too small. We stayed just one night but will probably use this hotel again when passing through or visiting sao paulo
+ The common areas such as the gym and the swimming pool are quite nice. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. They also offer a free transportations service to some key points in the city; we didn't take it, but it would have been useful. - The rooms are not very spacious. You can hear the people at the corredor but it's not a big issue.
Very good confort rooms with a budget price. The location is near the São Paulo downtown interest points, but a transport is necessary since the location is in the end of a valley. There's a shuttle service to Paraíso metro station and shopping mall. The breakfast is satisfactory, but can be better for the cost. There's a pool, sauna, sushi bar and dinner/lunch services.
