A VERY comfortable stay at the Marriott (which is a chain I’ve always found a bit hit and miss to be honest). World class service from check-in, to housekeeping, to restaurant and bar. Room was very comfortable, enough space, good attention to detail and modern decor. Black out curtains and no noise at all. Bathroom was stunning… the shower pressure nearly knocked me in to next week! Gorgeous Christian Lacroix toiletries. Room service arrived quickly, was correct and incredibly tasty. Breakfast had a good selection (not vast), all quality and fresh. Nothing was too much trouble… I asked for apple juice which they freshly squeezed for me. Everyone spoke perfect English. An absolutely faultless experience

A great property. I've stayed at lots of Bonvoy hotel over the years, including JW, and the São Paulo JW Marriott is the most memorable. Everything about the hotel is wonderful, restaurants, gym, room comfort, executive lounge. What really made it different is how nice the staff is and making you feel welcome. For being a first time visitor to Brazil, Fernanda at the front desk made our family feel like we were amongst friends that we've known for years. Thank you all to the staff!

I was a guest at the JW Marriott in Sao Paulo on August 3rd, and I am happy to say that this was by far the best stay I've ever had in many years as a Marriott Platinum Elite member. I've stayed in other JWs in Canada and USA, but from the time I opened the taxi door I was welcomed by its staff, and as soon as you enter the hotel, you'll feel such an amazing atmosphere. Such particular smell, VIP treatment. I was welcomed with water right away, along with some bubbly while the receptionist was checking me in. I was upgraded to an executive suite, and WOW.. every inch inside that room was meticulously cleaned, prepared, and inspected. This is definitely my favourite hotel across all Marriott chain. Thank you for such amazing experience!

I think it is important to be upfront by how excellent the service in the hotel is. By far the best service I have ever received in any of the premium city hotels in Brazil. It is polished, personalized and not at all patronizing as some other hotels in the region. Having said that, it was impossible to give the hotel a 5 star rating due to a fairly important and serious issue they have with their isolation system. You can clearly hear the sound and hunks of cars and trucks driving along the Expressway throughout the day and night - which is unacceptable for a Premium 5 star property. The amenities, breakfast and facilities are indeed very good, and I hope they can manage to remedy the noise situation somehow.

Perfect! Amazing and brand new hotel! We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we received an upgrade for a very nice suite with access to the executive lounge that was an exclusive area for the vip guests. When we came back the room we had another surprise: a bottle of sparkling wine and strawberries with chocolate. Great staff, all the employees was very polite and kind. We had dinner at Neto restaurant and everything was delicious.
