O stayed for two nights when i was in a business trip. The room wasn’t big but comfortable for 1 or 2 persons . The hotel is clean , has a good breakfast and is close to many attractions in São Paulo. There is a shopping and some restaurants in a short walk. I recommend for who doens’t mind for luxuous stay and wants to have a nice stay in a hotel with a good price and with a good location.
Clean rooms with typical Ibis standard. Relatively good value for money. The infrastructure, however is getting to it’s limits in the morning: Long waiting time for the elevator. Almost no available seats at breakfast, very long waiting time at the check out counter.
I like Ibis chain, it's well priced, it's convenient and you know what you are getting. But this one was a bit different in terms of feeling of welcomeness. The staff at the front desk isn't kind at all. When you work with people, the least you can do is to welcome with a smile. When we arrived, there were 2 ladies, one kinder than the other, the other one was particularly horribly mooded for the 2 days we were there. We approached the reception to see where the queue starts for check-in, she told us to back off and wait in a very rude manner. The same thing we experienced during check-out as there were loads of people standing very unorganised so we just wanted to know where to stand next. The same thing happened. The hotel said it was sound proofed. There was a guest above us who stayed there above us wearing heels and stepping really hard, singing, and listening to loud music. When we asked the hotel employees to let her know it's 4 am, they said they would but nothing happened. Had to wear earplugs and slept in because I couldn't hear the alarm the next morning. The hotel is conveniently located but this was just too much for our nerves.…
Ibis Hotel at Ibirapuera is well located and convenient. It's a sort of self service hotel, whatever you need you have to bring to your room. On the Internet you can find best deals and purchase additional services like breakfast. The only inconvenient for purchases online is the rate changes the whole time and in question of minutes I was charged for the room the equivalent to USD 15 more. Your only interaction with people is at the check in and the check in is very slow, I mentioned the online overcharge to the attendant and it was ignored. Breakfast is good and very cost effective. Room and bathroom are tiny but pretty clean and every appliance works fine.
Friendly staff and most of them speak english so that's convenient. Hotel is nice and colorful. You can eat breakfast and lunch for cheap in their restaurant. The room is nice enough in terms of cleanliness and appearance, but there's no heat and it gets cold in the winter time. Plus my shower did not have hot water half of my stay there. In terms of location there are better areas to stay in, as the hotel will advise you not to walk around this area at night time.
Been there for a single night. Arrived at the Reception desk about 10h30PM were the staff, very politely, checked me in as quick as possible, with always a great attitude. Pedro and Bruno were very helpful. The room was the usual "IBIS" room, but since the hotel is very new, everything was perfect. The bed was very confortable, room looked very nice and I got a very decent view of thw surroundings (10th floor). WiFi also worked GREAT. Breakfast was very nice as well. A decent amount of options from different breads to fuits and yogurt. One of the waiters, Marcio, if I'm not mistaken was of a great help at the IBIS bar, helping me decide what to take from it since I had some extra credit on the room. He was a very friendly person, with character and showed very much his desire to make their guests feel welcome. I will definitely consider this IBIS the next time I have to say close to the region.…
During my staying, the breakfast wasn't inclued on a daily rate. So I was a litle upset whend I was told amout that. Maybe I'll think twice before I my next stay at this Hotel. Another thing is that they charge 39 reais to keep the car at the garage. It' ridiculus!
The apartment is well-divided, good and quiet air-conditioning, clean bathroom. The breakfast is hearty and plenty of choices. The attendance at check-in and check-out is quick and objective. Everything happened as planned
Lots of nois outside my room at 3am. Looked through the peep hole and it was the hotel staff. Somehow an alarm went off outside (I think maybe they opened the emergency exit). Called front desk to see what was going on and had no reply. This went on for one hour. Could sleep due to the nois. Better off somewhere else.
Nice acomodations and services, but the pillows could be smaller, I woke up a bit sore after two nights there. Other than that, everything is excellent. A very nice place to stay at business trips and reasonable location.
