Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Not as show at the pictures…. I’ve reserved 2 rooms, one as a couple and another for 3 kids. Although old and not so well cared, their bedroom was ok. Mine otherwise was small, bed that didn’t fit 2 (unless we were kids), terrible pillow, really small bathroom. Breakfast was not good, few fruits, and most of the food tasted not good. In the end I had just a coffee. The positive aspects are the low cost(maybe I shouldn’t complain about the rest considering the price…), very nice receptionist (ready to make you comfortable, but without the tools…) and silent room. I wouldn’t recomende it.

Definition of decadent hotel. Rooms ok. That's about it. Went for a night with my daughters and got pissed with a sum of non solved problems. The phone on my daughter's room never got to work properly despite of 4 complains. So the nanny couldn't reach may room except by her cel phone, and couldn't also request anything at the front desk. But in the end, even if the phone worked, the hotel doesn't care about serving even the most basics to their guests. I just wanted to have boiled water for my babies bottles, and was a mission impossible task. The impolite front desk Rafaela made sure I wouldn't get it!! Long story short, I went myself into the kitchen and asked if they could serve us some shot water and borrow a thermal recipient for the night. Patricia made all that possible within 3 minutes!!! Thank you Patricia!!! Do not stay there! Staff really don't give a damn, like they were expecting to be fired any time anyway.

Clean large suite but a little dated. Great buffet breakfast. Helpful front desk staff considering I knew no Portuguese , they did their very best to help. Take a taxi from the metro stop at night since it is dicey at night or just take a very reasonable taxi from the airport. The metro can be caught at the airport. Great value.

Clean, renewed, location near a shopping mall. Buffet breakfast included in the price. Parking is not included, but the price is fair. Best of all, eager staff to help you in anything you need. Respectful and nice people.

Comfortable room with good beds, nice toileteries in clean bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious - different fruit, juices, home made jellies, cakes and tartes, plenty to choose. Very helpful staff explained where all necessary places and different attractions could be found. We felt welcome.

Located in Floresta neighborhood and very close to a shopping mall however the area towards Av Farroupilha is not safe at night, a bit of a red light area Its a very good 3 star hotel with comfortable rooms, air con and a very good breakfast They can definitely improve on internet speed, front desk staff attitude and fresh meals for room service as its all expensive frozen food. Can recommend as a good value for money option but you need a cab to go downtown

We arrived from the coach into Porto Alegre and went straight to the hotel on foot. The hotel happily kept our cases until the room was available. The communal areas of the hotel (front entrance and breakfast area) were always clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is all we could ask for. The room was comfortable and functional. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic breakfast. We have not had a breakfast like this before. There was a choice of meats, cheese, cakes, breads, fruits, cereals, hot option including pizza, tear and share bread, mini sausage rolls, eggs and sausages. The cakes were freshly made and fantastic. What we liked about this hotel was the fact the breakfast was continually supervised, so the fresh cream in the Victoria sponge, never went off. They continually refridgerated the foods, on some sort of rota. Very close to the bus / coach station and there is a large Mall within 5 minutes of walking. We would recommend this hotel.

I stayed in three hotels in Porto Alegre and by far this was the best. New, modern and WIFI was fast !!!!! I wish I stayed longer over that hotel. Good service and decent breakfast. I didn't find anything to complain about.
