In my opinion they need to be more organized, everything takes so long time, just to get the gym is an operation… They are so many working there but it feels like they do not talk to each other’s and they need to work on that. Overall its a nice place, i did extend my stay 3 times and the stuff are very kind but its important that their processes will run more smoothly so it gets 3/5 from me and when they work better they will get 4/5.
I visited 6 different hotels during my stay in rio de janeiro and this hotel was by far the best one. Service is perfect, pool area and rooms are spotless, great breakfast. Can't find anything negativ att all 👍💖🙏 10+
Stayed for one night, as work was being done on my home near the hotel. Everything look fine except for a minor and a major detail, as such: 1) No hand towel at the bathroom, a call and it was solved 2) The room, as shown on the thermostat was 16C(60F), very cold. I´ve tried to set the temperature for a more comfortable 23C but it was not working. Called for help, but after 1h30min wait, 3 fup calls and always being told help was on the way, I gave up . On check out I complained and was told to write it down so management could take notice(?!). So I did, send a message to Radisson front desk WhatsApp. No response. enough is enough. If I pay for something, it is my right to have it.
Dears Ana Paula, Iranildo, Wanderson, Luan, Larissa, Marlon and Thales. You guys made my stay more than perfect. Keep up with the good work! I also am very thankful to Michele Toto and her valuable work and kindness.
I stayed twice at the hotel and in the first time they give me a durty room and at the second time the service was terrible. One hour waiting for water at the room… the frigobar was empty. Terrible experience.
