Rooms are small but nice. Breakfast is good. My biggest reason for three star is the pool. It was dirty, scum was floating on the surface, tile on the sides of the pool looked poor it hadn't even cleaned in ages. The pool was of chest deep and you could not see your feet. Totally filthy. The hotel is nice, the pool is disgusting

Great hotel in a good location, the beach is 5 mins away and there is plenty to do close by. Roof top pool which has some amazing views , the water is cold though. Breakfast is very good and the lifts are very quick, we stayed on floor number 10 and the room was really nice.

Great for staying near the Beach, not the best option if you are going to be working. Excellent staff, has a drugstore downstairs, great pool and the hotel offers all the extra things you may need like transportation and tours. I really had a great time

This hotel was very disappointing. It was my birthday and I was advised I had been upgraded, thought how nice, went into room and the fitting fell off wall, bed linen had stained and there was slimy stuff on the bedside counter. Had to change rooms, no better stained sheets, flies in shower unit. Asked for a cup so I could make a hot drink as I had a machine in there was refused, service at pool resturant was nice the first day, but after was so bad, she was away on lunch for over an hour, people were waiting for service and drinks in the boiling hot weather. No one speaks English, apart from the manager and Secruity. No one answers the phone when you call. Breakfast was bad! Nothing there for vegetarians, no cereals, just poor. So disappointing and won’t return. Wish I spent a bit more money for a better hotel as was my birthday.…

In the heart of Copacabana. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants around. Short walk to the Copacabana Beach. Modern hotel, excellent value for money. Room was of good size, bed very comfortable, aircon and wifi working perfectly. Staff was always on hand. Great buffet choices for breakfast. Will definitely consider this hotel for my next stay in Rio!
